Belavista is a lovely rustic styled villa, furnished to a high standard and well maintained. Main entrance hall leads to the lounge which has direct access to patio and swimming pool. The dining room which seats 6 comfortably around large glass dining table and has direct access to covered patio area with additional seating. Both lounge and dining room have open log fires, ideal for winter rentals. All bedrooms with ceiling fans have access to the pool, patio and garden and are individually furnished. Large outdoor swimming pool (can be heated at an additional charge) with landscaped garden and barbecue area. Large roof terrace with a stunning sea view.

Accessibility
Belavista has only one step at the entrance and no internal stairs. It is an ideal villa for those who are elderly or semi-mobile (Owners elderly father of nearly 90 easily moves around the villa).
Outside
Private pool approx 30' x 16' - can be heated at extra cost. Outdoor barbecue area with facilities for up to 10 people. Various secluded seating and sunbathing areas located all around the property for those who want a little peace and quiet. Large driveway with covered carport and ample car parking.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro has its own sandy beach and close by are other secluded coves and beaches such as 'Smugglers' and 'Centianes' - perfect for long leisurely lunches in the beach side restaurants and cafes or just swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing.
Golf
3 golf courses in the local area; Vale de Milho, Quinta do Gramacho and Vale de Pinta. Vale do Milho a 9 hole - par 3 course - but with water hazards it can be quite tricky! Pinta and Gramacho - two testing championship courses - part of the Pestana Golfing Resort.
Other championship courses include Palmares and Penina about 20 minutes drive, San Lorenzo, Vilamoura, Vila Sol and Vale do Lobo about 25 to 35 minutes drive.
Special interest holidays
The Rocha Brava Tennis Club is a short walk away and open to non residents, excellent facilities, hire out all necessary equipment. Coaching can be arranged. Its sister tennis club, Carvoeiro Tennis Club is a short drive away.
Zoo marine and its 'dolphin experience'; Krazy World with its quad bikes, crocodile park and petting farm; Shetland Pony Riding School; Silves castle; boat trips from Carvoeiro beach or deep sea fishing from Portimao and the Monchique mountains with their beautiful views.
You can pick up information from the tourist board just by the beach at Carvoeiro along with free magazines, and special offers.
Watersports - the waters around Carvoeiro's rock formations are ideal for snorkeling. The school of windsurfing at Praia Grande, Ferragudo just 10 minutes drive away, has good facilities including jet and water skiing and catamaran sailing.
Travel
Faro Airport is 68km away and the drive is no more than an hour along a excellent motorway (until Lagoa). Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Within 10 minute drive of the local village of Carvoeiro with its restaurants and shops. 3 hour drive from Lisbon and 2 hour drive from the historical city of Seville.
Further details
There are numerous and excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The cuisine includes Portuguese, Italian, Thai, Chinese and Indian. There is a large Intermarche supermarket on the road into Carvoeiro about 10 minutes away.
Booking notes
A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure the rental with balance due 6 weeks before rental starts. Pool heating, if required, is an extra £100 per week.
