The villa has its own private south facing pool, tropical gardens & terraces with sea view where you can enjoy the sun. The villa benefits from a very large open plan sitting/dining room which leads you to a fully equipped al fresco dining area. From the sitting room, you will access the pool area through a sliding door leading to a beautiful pool surrounded by sun loungers, an outside shower, patio tables and chairs, and a BBQ. Going up the stairs you will find a big roof terrace with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Villa Dos Netos has an unique secure mosquito proof Air-Flow system. It is our policy, as far as possible, to meet all our guests on arrival to see them settle in, there are provided for the convenience of our guests : Hairdryer, clothes iron and over 100 English speaking TV channels.
Villa dos Netos is a Non Smoking environment. We do however provide ashtrays for use on veranda, pool and patio areas. We ask you to bring your own towels for the pool or beach. The owners can also welcome you in properties nos: P968 and P1274.

Situated in a residential area only 5 min walk to Carvoeiro centre and beach. The villa has its own private south facing pool, tropical gardens and terraces with sea view where you can enjoy the sun. Also a fully equipped al fresco dining area. Balcony, barbecue, garage, garden, parking, terrace, 16 garden chairs etc.
Coast/Beach
There are many nice beaches to visit within 3 Km. of Carvoeiro: Praia de Centianes, Praia de Calvalho, Praia de Benagil, Praia de Albandeira and Praia de Marina, which is one of the six Government designated Golden Beaches in Portugal singled out because of their water Purity and Beauty. We ask you to bring your own towels for the pool or beach.

Faro 45 minutes. National bus terminal at Lagoa, servicing Spain and Portugal, 10 minutes.

Within a short distance: Lagoa, visit the Adega Co-Operativo winery & sample some of their Wines, Convento de São José. Silves: Moorish town, Castle & Cork Museum. Monchique with its breathtaking mountain & Spas. Portimâo which is the second City in the Algarve famous for its fishing & canning. Porches unspoiled village world famous for its pottery and has the first Algarvian chimney. The tourist office in Carvoeiro will provide the tourist with all the up to date activities.

Carvoeiro is a small attractive seaside resort cut into red cliffs. This one time fishing Village is one of Algarve’s most popular self-catering resorts. It is one of the few areas of Europe where a traditional way of life still thrives alongside a bustling modern resort. ‘Vila dos Netos’ is within 5 minutes walk to Carvoeiro Centre, beach, numerous bars, shops, pharmacy, internet cafes, banks, and the many acclaimed restaurants. Carvoeiro is ideally situated for all the famous golf courses of the Algarve. There is a 9 hole par 3 course golf in Vale de Milho, and 2 championship courses 10 min. drive Gramacho and Pinta. Vale de Lobo, Vilamoura, Penina and others are within 30 minutes drive from. Tennis in Monte Dourado – 3 min walk. David Lloyd’s and Rocha Brava Tennis Complexes and Fitness Centres 10 min drive. Boat trips from Carvoeiro beach to Grottos. Cliff walks by Algarve Seco. You can enjoy a sightseeing tour or a trip to Ferragudo on the Jumblino train.

Payment by Bank Transfer in Sterling or Euros. Payment terms 30% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance by Bank Transfer 8 weeks before arrival in apartment. £150 security deposit payable with balance, which is returned provided there is no loss or damage to property or contents during your stay.
