10km /15 mins drive to beaches (both for Cascais to Sintra). Praia Grande and Guincho beach are suitable for ski sports.

Travel
Lisbon airport 25 mins drive. Car rental available at airport - in Sintra there is no car hire.
Distances
The house is in a small village with a few restaurants, coffeeshops, antique shops, farmacy, church, etc. Both the town centre and the Historical Center of Sintra with several shops and restaurants are within 10 mins. Cascais 15 mins. Most amenities are within 15 mins.

Close to the house there are small restaurants, shops, bars and a market every other Sunday.
Booking notes
25% reservation fee. The remainder to be paid on arrival. The prices are for max 4 adults and 1 child in a group. For every extra adult or child a fee of 100 euros/week is applicable. If the rental is longer than 7 nights, a daily price is calculated for the extra nights to make the adjustment for the price (price/day varies according to season)
