Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday however we will be flexible where possible.
Check out time 10:00. Check in time 14:00 (to enable our Management company to clean the apartment thoroughly for the next guests). Again flexibility may be available.

Accessibility

Coast/Beach
The 2 beaches at Ferragudo (Praia Grande & Angrinha) are only a few minutes drive (or easily accessible via local bus).
Praia Grande is served by 4 beach bar restaurants and water sports.
(For those more energetic they are a 30-35 mins walk away.)
Numerous beaches and secluded coves are within 10-15 minutes drive.
Golf
2 courses Pinta & Gramacho within 5km (5 mins) of the apartment.
Another 8 courses which include Penina (one of the oldest courses in the Algarve) within 15-25 mins.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport (approx 60km) and takes approx 40 mins to the apartment by car.
Car hire is reccommended though not essential.
Distances
Nearest supermarket, cafes and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk.
Our apartment is approx 1km to the centre of Ferragudo village with a choice of quality restaurants.
The busier town of Portimao is only a 5 minute drive (approx. 25 minutes walk across the old bridge).
Booking notes
All bookings will be confirmed by email/post.
Initial payment of 25% of the total balance secures booking. Additional refundable security deposit of £150 required to cover any breakages/damages.
Remaining 75% of balance to be paid in full at least 8 weeks in advance of arrival date.
