Beautiful modern 1st floor apartment consisting of 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom, lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, private terraces accessed through the lounge and both of the bedrooms, a large private roof terrace with a built-in barbecue and a large communal pool. The apartment is on a quiet cul-de-sac with approx 20 other apartments. It is just 10 minutes walk to the lovely Centeannes beach and just a 5 minutes drive to the centre of Carvoeiro with all its shops, bars and restaurants. For those not wishing to drive, the Rocha Brava complex with shops, bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes walk away, the Rocha Brava development also has tennis courts. From the private roof terrace, which is superb for sunbathing, you have beautiful views of the countryside and distant sea views.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Saturday but this can be varied sometimes, particularly out of season. Access to the premises is permitted from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
There are mobile fans for the summer and wafer heaters plus the log burning fire for cooler times.
Accessibility
The apartment is on the first floor and therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The complex has a large communal pool with an expansive pool surround, equipped with sunloungers. The apartment has a large roof terrace with built-in barbecue and affords privacy as well as exceptional views of the surrounding countryside and distant seaviews. In addition both the lounge and one of the bedrooms lead onto private terraces. The whole complex is set in gardens which are well kept and pleasing on the eye.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful Centeannes beach is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment but there are many wonderful beaches along the Western Algarve which can be reached by short car journeys.
Golf
The Western Algarve is a golfers paradise. The apartment is just 10 minutes drive away from 2 championship courses - Gramacho and Vale de Pinta - and there is an excellent par 3 course just a few minutes away - visible from the roof terrace. All of the many wonderful courses along the Algarve are accessible within a 45 minute drive.
Travel
The airport that serves the Algarve is Faro airport which is a 45 minute drive from the apartment. Car hire is not essential for this apartment but is recommended to enable guests to visit the many attractions and beauty spots in the area.
Distances
Carvoeiro is the nearest town and is just a short drive away - 5 minutes. There you will find many shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide range of cuisine. A 10 minute drive would take you to a large water park, Slide & Splash, and a further 10 minutes would take you to Zoomarine which has a superb dolphin show as one of its many attractions.
Further details
In the local area, 5 minutes walk, you will find shops, bars and restaurants which is why a car is not essential for people renting this apartment.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and the final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date.
