Areias de Porches is situated on a hill with uninterrupted views of the ocean. The resort is a small exclusive development of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments built to exceptionally high standards. Spend your days in a peaceful tranquil surrounding of Areias de Porches using the 3 pools (1 of which is a children's pool), tennis courts or the more energetic there are many golf courses (discount available, see Golf Section) and why not visit the Spash and Slide Aqua Park take a boat trip with a local fisherman from the beach to the Grotto's or take a short drive to Alvor and go Dolphin Watching, the local area has too many attractions to mention so all your days can be filled. If you do not want to use the excellent facilities in the apartment, then there are some local restaurants within walking distance or take a short taxi drive to Armacao de Pera and Albufeira for many more restaurants and bars. Why not visit Guia the home of Piri Piri chicken.

| Kitchen: | Large airy kitchen with granite work surfaces, integrated oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cutlery and cafeteire. Also included is picnic wear for the beach or pool. |
| Living Rooms: | Large lounge/diner, with extending dining table which seats 6, a 3 seater double bed settee and a 2 seater settee with a large coffee table with a further nest of tables. Flat screen TV, Sky digital box, DVD, stereo, air conditioning. |

Coast/Beach
Beach with restaurant, WC and shower facilites within 5 minutes walk.
Golf
Discount has been arranged with Gramacho, Vale de Pinta and Silves golf courses. You can take advantage of 30% discount on green fees at the above, you can play as many games as you like and still receive 30% discount (no limit).
Travel
Faro airport is approx 40 minutes drive away by the A22 motorway. There are plenty of car hire companies on line and at the airport. We have found Carjet to be one of the cheapest.
Distances
The nearest supermarket it 5-10 minutes walk away, Armacao de Pera is a short drive away or 20-30 minutes walk.
Albufeira is a 20 minute drive away with plenty of shops and night life. For the children Splash & Slide is a 10 -15 minute drive and Zoo marine is a 15 minute drive away (both the above are on the main N125).

There are many attractions in the Algarve, there are leaflets available in the apartment.
