New and luxurious very large 3 bedroom apartment to sleep 6 people. Fully air-conditioned and very well equipped. The apartment is in a quiet area, but is only a 5 min walk to the shops, restaurants, bars etc. It is a 25 min ride from Faro airport by transfer which can be arranged. It has a very large lounge and kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine and 3 bathrooms. It has 4 balconies; 3 facing the sea, the other overlooking the swimming pools/snack bar. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and the lounge. It has a TV, DVD and a built-in music system to each bedroom and the lounge. There is a built-in barbeque on the large balcony with table and chairs. Top quality bedding/towels throughout. Tiled floors throughout, thus keeping it cool. This apartment has been described by estate agents over there as, 'truly unique' and it certainly is!

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 and 2 - twin beds, large mirrored built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables/lamps. Remote air-conditioning.
Bedroom 3 - master bedroom, king size bed, large built-in wardrobes, large en-suite bathroom, private balcony and air-con.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom has bath/shower over, wc, bidet, sink, large illuminated mirror.
Bathroom 2 has built-in shower, bidet, wc, sink with large illuminated mirror.
Bathroom 3 has wc, sink and large illuminated mirror.
Small pedal bins in each bathroom.
Kitchen: Cooker, gas hob, exractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, table and chairs.
Utility Room: Not available to guests. Hoover, airer, pegs, mops, buckets, iron and ironing board available in kitchen.
Living Rooms: 2 leather 3 seater sofas, dining room and 6 high back leather chairs, coffee table and video games console, TV and DVD. Beautifully furnished. Air-conditioning. Lounge leads to 2 balconies, one of which has a large built-in barbeque.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
All towels and linen included except beach/pool towels. If staying in excess of 1 week, there will be a change of towels and linen. This can also be arranged with prior agreement for shorter stays at an extra cost. This also applies to extra maid service.

Notes on accommodation
This apartment is situated on floor 8, so will not be suitable for very young children despite there being wall bars on each balcony. The apartment has air-conditioning in all three bedrooms and the lounge and each unit is fully remote controlled and very quiet!

Accessibility
The apartment is acccessible from two entrances, one at the back, one at the front. Wheelchair access can also be found through the garage which has 3 private parking bays and is remote controlled. There are two lifts to all levels (we are level 8 and the garage is level 1). The apartment is on one floor. The building can only be entered by key and it has a TV intercom system inside the apartment.

Outside
Two swimming pools for residents use only which are cleaned regularly. One large pool approx 20m x 40m and one circular children's pool approx diameter 5m. 6 privately owned reclining sun loungers for poolside use. Privately owned snack bar due to be opened in 2008. Pool shower. Grassy area and large area for sunbathing. Privately owned built-in barbeque on sea view facing balcony. 6 chairs for use on balcony with drinks table.

Coast/Beach
Surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches which are from a 15 min walk. 5 minutes if you hire a car, which can be arranged at a special rate with collection and drop off at the airport.

Golf
There are far too many to mention within a driving time of 15 minutes to one hour.

Travel
From Faro airport it is approx. 25 mins ride in a taxi, hire car or airport transfer.

Distances
20 min walk to Albufeira, the main town, but only 5 min walk to the strip with all it's bars, shops and restaurants.

Booking notes
Booking form to be completed with a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Copy of flight details with names of passengers. Balance to be payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Confirmation will be given at each stage on clearance of funds into my account.
