‘Villa Libron’ is located just a 5 minute drive away from the beach, on the small prestigious Presa de Moura development on the outskirts of the village. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the kitchen-diner is a spacious patio, furnished with a table and chairs and barbecue to enable you to dine al fresco. With 1 double and 3 twin bedrooms, the villa is ideal for 1 or 2 families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
No long winter lets. £50 per week discount on bookings made before 1 January 2009 for dates between 22 June and 27 September 2009.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday during the summer school holidays July 12th to September 6th Outside these dates changeover days may be flexible

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service is twice weekly (if required more there will be additional cost) bed linen is changed weekly, towels twice weekly. Separate towels are provided for the pool. |
Notes on accommodation
On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms each with own en-suite facilities. Patio doors lead onto garden terrace. From the entrance hall a wide stone staircase leads to the first floor which has the master bedroom, with large double bed, en-suite bathroom and twin bedroom with en suite. Both rooms have patio doors leading onto a very large sun terrace with beautiful panoramic sea and countryside views. The balcony meets the strict licensing and safety laws which are required in Portugal. Fire alarms and fire extinquishers are in strategic places. There is an additional WC situated along the hall leading to the kitchen, ideal for adults and children. The villa is very child friendly but we would stress that parents be around when they use the pool.

Accessibility
People with mobility problems are easily accommodated on the ground floor. We would not recommend the villa to wheelchair uses.
Outside
The villa benefits from its own private pool, 10m x 5m with a shallow end perfect for the children and a shower. Sunbeds, and sun brollies are provided around the large pool patio area which is surrounded by landscaped garden and lawn (an ideal play area for the children).
Leading from the kitchen-diner is a spacious patio, furnished with a table and chairs and barbecue to enable you to dine al fresco. The charcoal fired barbecue gives that unique taste to your food along with the local veno.
A remote control awning allows you to dine in comfort
Entry to Villa Libron is through remote controlled gates, where there is ample secure parking.
Coast/Beach
With the opening of a new road from Carvoeiro to the east and Ferragudo to the west, one of the most beautiful sections of the Algarve has at last become accessible. Situated on the edge of Sesmarias village with a backcloth of rolling hills, Presa de Moura (Moorish stream) occupies a pretty wooded valley which slopes down gently to the Atlantic Ocean.
A few minutes drive east lies cosmopolitan Carvoeiro, well known for its sandy beaches, great restaurants and nightlife.
Golf
Both 18-hole Quinto do Gramacho and Vale de Pinto courses are less than a 5 minute drive from the villa and are situated next door to each other. Rounds can be booked at Presa de Moura reception, usually with a discount.
There are 4 other courses within a 15 minute drive of Villa Libron.
Travel
Fly to Faro Airport - Villa Libron is just a 40 minute drive away.
Cheap flights available through Easyjet,My Travel,Monach from East Midlands, Birmingham, Coventry, Luton, Manchester, Stansted, Doncaster, Newcastle, Glasgow, Bristol and Gatwick.
Car Hire: we have used a family firm based in the Algarve for the last 12 years, they give excellent service. All vehicles come fully insured.

Zoomarine is brilliant for children - book at reception and get a discount - only a 25 minutes drive away.
The villa book produced he owner gives you numerous places to go and eat.
Booking notes
Payments: A 20% deposit of the total booking cost is payable with the initial booking. The final balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full. In the event of cancellation, all payments made at the time of cancellation are non refundable.
Confirmation: Once we have received your reservation, confirmation will be sent in writing or by email.
