Large open plan lounge and dining room. This room is light and airy with two sets of patio doors leading off onto the garden. There is a large corner sofa seating up to 8 people centred around the modern fire place with a large LCD TV above. |

Outside
Lovely private garden with its own pool. The pool has steps leading down to a shallow end making it ideal for children. There is plenty of outside seating for eating out and sun loungers for around the pool. A large BBQ area completes the outside space.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Falesia and this is a 15 minute walk from the villa. It can be reached by car in a couple of minutes. The village is midway between Albufeira and Vilamoura making all the beaches in these areas easily accessible by car.
Golf
Ideally situated for the many Championship Golf Courses in the surrounding areas. Vilamoura is only a 15 minute drive away. Closer to home you have the 5* Sheraton Pine Cliffs Resort with its own spectacular 9 hole course with its own stunning views of the Falesia Beach. This is only a 5 minute walk away.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is approximately 30 minutes by car. Car hire is not essential but if you would like to get about and see more of this beautiful area then we would certainly recommend a car and this is something we can arrange for you.
Distances
Actually situated in Falesia - there are many local restaurants and bars within walking distance. The small village of Olhas D'Agua is also within walking distance.

Just along from the villa there is a Supermarket and Bank along with a small newsagent.
Booking notes
A 15% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance along with a refundable deposit of £200 to cover breakages and any damage are due 6 weeks prior to departure. At this time we will forward directions to the villa along with a local information pack giving details on restaurants and shops etc in the area. At this time we will make arrangments for the key to be collected or sent to you. We use an English speaking Management company who are on hand should you have any problems.
