The large 12m x 5m pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace area and lawned areas and can be fenced in for families with young children. It can also be heated on request for an extra £100 per week.There is a large dining terrace with comfortable dining furniture overlooking the pool. The roof terrace offers 360 degrees views of the surrounding countryside and coast.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are about 20 minutes drive and offer miles of unspoilt sandy coastline, either completely undeveloped or with beachside restaurants and cafes. The nearest beaches also offer a variety of water sports including parascending.
Golf
25 mins drive from the internationally renowned golf courses at Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
Special interest holidays
For clients of this villa we can offer fishing trips and water skiing at our own lake side facility.
Travel
The international airport at Faro is a 20 minute drive away and Seville and Lisbon airports a 2.5 hour drive. Car hire is advisable.
Distances
There is a small shop and a cafe/bar within walking distance of the villa. The large village of Santa Barbara with its many restaurants and bars is a 5 mins drive. The market towns of Loule and Sao Bras are a 15 mins drive.

The village of Santa Barbara also has a bank, post office, medical centre, and small supermarket.
