The apartment is on the ground floor and suitable for the elderly or infirmed and is wheelchair accessible.
Outside
The kitchen, bedroom, and living room each have doors leading to the private terrace with a patio table and 4 chairs provided. The large communal swimming pool, gardens, and tennis court are all available for your enjoyment. There is also an underground private car park.
Coast/Beach
There are several beaches within walking distance, Santa Eulalia beaches being the nearest approx 5 mins walk, Maria Luisa and Olhos de Água approx 10 mins walk. Each having restaurants, bars and various water sports during peak periods. Praia da Falesia (5 mins drive) runs between Olhos de Água and Vilamoura, this beautiful long beach back dropped by red sandstone cliffs is un-crowded even during summer period. Praia da Oura in Albufeira is within easy reach and offers a diving centre
Golf
There are numerous famous golf courses close by. Sheraton Pine Cliffs 9 hole 5 mins. Balaia 9 hole 5 mins. Vilamoura (various) 10 mins. Salgados 15 mins.
Travel
Faro Airport is approx a 30 min drive. The average flight time from the UK is 2–3 hours and Faro is now well served by the low-cost/charter airlines as well as British Airways and TAP Air Portugal. Airport Transfers and car hire can be arranged when booking the apartment.
Distances
3 mins drive from centre of Albufeira with numerous bars, nightclubs and restaurants. 7 mins drive from Villamoura, Europe’s largest leisure resorts and super marina and 5 minutes walk from the famous Santa Eulalia beaches. 2 mins walk from local bars and restaurants. Local water parks, sailing, fishing, horse riding all within short driving distance.

Booking notes
A reservation fee of £100 per week is required to reserve your accommodation. The full balance of the rental is payable 6 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £100 will also be required with your final payment. This is fully refundable provided the accommodation is left in good order. If you wish to amend confirmed reservations, we will do our utmost accommodate these changes if possible. Should you wish to cancel your booking, please note that your reservation fee is non-refundable.
