This apartment was built and furnished throughout in 2007 to the highest standards and is situated in one of the most sought after golf complexes in the Western Algarve. Carvoeiro Golf Resort consists of two championship courses and all the amenities you would expect that goes with it, including 24/7 security and two magnificent Club Houses. Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, but outside of the peak season (July & August) the owners are happy to consider arrivals and departures on any day and will also try to be flexible during the peak season.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are provided. The apartment will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival with one mid-week clean and a weekly sheet change if staying for more than one week. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living area. The apartment is also fully centrally heated in the winter. There are large plasma screens in each of the bedrooms and the living room and a full Sky package is available. The apartment also has internet access. As the apartment is situated on the ground floor it is totally child friendly with a large outside patio. The pool is very close by so ideal for those children wanting to 'live in the pool' but also with enough of a distance for those families worried about small children.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor with no steps from the car park and only a small step into the apartment. Once in the apartment there are no other steps.
Outside
Full brick BBQ, modern garden table and six chairs, four sun loungers, two shade umbrellas within a large enclosed patio area and surrounded by landscaped flower beds.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is surrounded by several idyllic Algarvian beaches. There is a mixture of small and attractive coves such as the beach at Caneiros or stretches of long open golden sands such as Praia Grande at Ferrugudo. The nearest beaches are all less than 10 minutes drive from the apartment.
Golf
The apartment is situated overlooking the 7th green of the Vale da Pinta Golf Course which is part of the highly respected Pestana development. The sister course, Gramacho is less than 5 minutes from the apartment. The 3rd Pestana course, Silves, is also nearby, approximately 15mins by car. Tee times can be booked in advance and normally discounts can be obtained when booking in advance.
Special interest holidays
Several other activities are available in the area including tennis - there is a tennis court on the Pestana development and Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis is less than 5 minutes away. Bowls is also available on the development.
Travel
With the completion of the new motorway, it is an easy 45 minute drive from Faro Airport
Distances
The apartment is approximately 5 km from the nearest beach and also from the nearest town of Carvoeiro. The popular water park, Slide and Splash is less than 5 minutes from the apartment and for those who want to experience a little more of the Algarve's scenic treasures, the historic Moorish town of Silves is an easy 15 minutes drive.
Further details
There is a small supermarket within walking distance of the apartment. The clubhouses at Pinta and Gramacho are open to visitors to the apartment and are within easy walking distance. Both clubhouses have a bar, cafe, golf shop and Gramacho has a restaurant which is open in the evening. There are several other restaurants that are easily accessible from the apartment.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. Payment of the balance should be made 8 weeks before departure. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is also required. Payment can be made electronically or by cheque. The owners will provide further information when a booking is made.
