The villa has been designed and furnished to extremely high specifications with all modern amenities, situated in private gated community surrounded by landscaped grounds and gardens. It is an end villa making it very quiet and secluded whilst having all communal amenities close at hand. The 25 villas share a large pool and small children's pool. It is surrounded by sunbathing areas and landscaped gardens. There is a large communal barbecue area available for guests to use. The accommodation is situated on 2 floors in a typical modern town house style. There are balconies front and back with a sun patio leading to the garden sun bathing area directly in front. The Villa is less than 10 minutes from all amenities meeting the needs of the whole family. Our favourite beach is Gale and the nearest golf is Salgados, Algarve Shopping center and the Zoo Marina are less than 5 mins. Pera is still the 'Real' Portugal - local restaurants, bars and shops only 30 mins from Faro airport.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen and bath towels are provided. However please take your own beach and poolside towels with you. Cleaning and linen change will take place mid stay, a daily service is available at an additional charge. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a no smoking villa. The villa has air conditioning throughout which can be used to heat or cool the villa. The marble hall way has the burglar alarm control panel and the telephone for security access to the condominium. The Villa has two car parking areas immediately in front. Cots and high chairs are available for an additional hire charge. The pools are surrounded by paved areas making it extremely safe for all users with full width steps and hand rail into the large pool. The pool unlike many others is large enough for daily exercise!
Jardins de Pera is ideal for all ages with its easy access to any amenity you might want to use whilst staying in Portugal but its situation within the village of Pera makes it unique, it is part of Portuguese life with the daily market selling fish and vegetables. The bars and restaurants are very welcoming and provide a relaxing atmosphere for everyone but within easy reach of the "high" life which can be found in Albufeira.
Accessibility
The villa is situated on two floors whilst the ground floor has easy access for a wheelchair user with a toilet and shower room there are no additional features or adaptations for a wheelchair user. The ground areas are all flat with no steps at ground level.The convertible bed settee would be accessible for a wheelchair user with help.
Outside
The 20 metre pool and the children's pool are sourced from a natural well in the grounds. They have easy access with steps the width of the large pool as well as smaller steps around the area. There are communal lounge chairs around the pool for guests use. Our villa has three tables and chairs which can be moved according to guests requirements e.g. on the balcony catching the first sun for breakfast or watching the sunset with pre dinner drinks, or next to the barbeque area to enjoy a traditional Portuguese meal of sardines or Piri Piri chicken, joint - barbeque with new friends you have made.
The landscaped gardens are well laid out, secure and safe for children with electronic gates into the complex. There are two allocated parking spaces for the Villa.
We have left a number of outdoor "toys", air beds, ball games, surfboards.
Coast/Beach
The village of Perâ is on the road that stretches the length of the Algarve. Visitors to Jardins de Perâ have numerous sandy beaches to choose from the nearest being Praia Grande is approximately 3 kms. away. The most well known is Gale, a long sandy beach stretching for 5 km along the coast and offering water sports and selection of superb beach bars / fish restaurants. Smaller cove beaches include Sao Rafael with its amazing rocks free standing in the sand are easily accessed and safe.
Golf
A full set of golf clubs which can be used by our guests. Salgdos is a challenging links course, less than 5 minutes from Jardin De Pera.There is also the newly opened Amendoeiro course is only 5 minutes in land. We are ideally situated to meet the needs of Golfers from all over the world traveling to Portugal to hear the sound of iron on ball, and the rattle of the tin cup. Lovers of the game come over for a weekend break and are very welcome to book our Villa between November and April at special rates for Golf provided by one of our contacts. There aren’t quite as many courses here as there are in Spain but what they lack in number, they certainly make up for in quality. There are a wide range of exceptional clubs to choose from, with easy access from the villa: San Lorenzo - rated second only to Valderrama in Europe, Quinta do Lago (north and south), the Millennium, designed by Michael Hawtree; Pine Cliffs, Balaia, and three beautiful courses at Vilamoura.
Travel
The peaceful rural area around the village offers all you might want with a local bus service running through the village, however a car is recommended to enjoy all the Algarve has to offer.
Faro is the nearest airport which is 30 minutes along the A22 motorway.

Further details
The village of Perâ has everything you might require from a pharmacy to a bank. The daily market sells freshly caught fish and local produce and the numerous small shops have freshly baked bread and every day produce. Modern facilities are also available - Internet.com sells daily english newspapers as well as providing Internet access. Body and Skin Care provides pampering sessions for all.
The local restaurant with its outdoor barbeque provides a flavour of Portugal with local meat, fish and wine served to locals and viistors, many of whom return several times during their stay. The intimate Italian restaurant with its simple food prepared by the husband and wife team offers an alternative culinary experience. There are several other local bars and cafes provding a taste of the Real Portugal. The easy access to the old town of Armação de Perâ and Guia and the larger town of Albefuira provides for every possible taste in cuisine. Fish and seafood dishes are everywhere! Tuna, swordfish, dourada are popular for those who can cope with the bones!. The night life of "the strip" in Albufeira costs 10 - 15 euros by taxi after midnight. An ideal situation - the traditional village life or the lively lifestyle when required. Jardin de Perâ gives you the choice.
