The property is detached with a private pool (sunbeds surround to accommodate) and driveway with parking available. Two verandas with a view to the sea and mountains. Set on a corner plot close to the fishing town of of Sesmarias. Cose to all shops and supermarket in the village. Five restaurants are within walking distance and two golf course Gramacho and Pinta 3 minutes drive away. The town of Carvoeiro is a 10 minute drive (taxi costs 5 euros) and has many great bars and eating places to suit all tastes. There are 6 beaches around the area within a 10 minute drive.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. All bookings will be subject to a £400 security deposit which is returnable if no damage is caused during your stay.
Changeover day
No particular changeover day but we would ask guests to be out of the villa at 12 midday on the day of your departure.

The villa has 3 ground floor bedrooms and level floors.
Outside
A small garden surrounding the building. It is grassed with plants and shurbs. The front gates are lockable to ensure children are safe. There is also parking available on the driveway and a parking area across the road. 2 x large verandas with sea and mountain views. Great for sunbathing.

Golf
There are 2 courses within a 3 min drive. The David Leadbetter Academy is based at these courses Gramacho and Pinta. There are 6 more courses within a 10 min drive including some championship courses such as Pinnina and Villa Sol.
Special interest holidays
There are many Water Parks nearby where you can swim with the dolphins and scuba dive, jet ski, hire boats of all descriptions including fishing and cruises.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport and is within a 40 min drive to the villa. We can arrange to have you picked up (50 euros) and driven to the villa where you can hire a car when you have settled in. Ainsley is the person who will be looking after you during your stay and will be on hand if you require help or transportation.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit will be required on booking the remainder due 4 weeks before your holiday starts. There is also a £400 security deposit required (returnable if no damage is caused during your stay).
