This is a beautiful luxury apartment on a new complex at Ma Partilha just outside Alvor centre. All the rooms are very spacious with 3 balconies offering mountain views. The pool captures the sun all day. Spacious, furnished to a very high standard. 1km to Alvor centre. There is a bar, shop, restaurant and newsagent 200m away.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, book when it suits you.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom has twin beds and a beautifully tiled en-suite both have a balcony with fantastic mountain views. Third bedroom has a bunk bed (that pulls out into a double) and a single bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Main bathroom is fully tiled with bidet, WC, wash basin with shelves and storage, spa bath and power shower. En suite is equipped in the same way but has a walk-in power shower, no bath. |
| Kitchen: | Very large fully equipped kitchen with built-in double oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and dishwasher. |
| Utility Room: | Storage room has a travel cot (requires bedding for this) and 2 sets of golf clubs plus beach equipment (inflatables, volleyball etc). |
| Living Rooms: | Very spacious lounge and dining area with two 3-seater sofabeds. Stereo CD player with a TV and DVD player. A balcony off the lounge overlooks the pool. |
| Other: | The apartment has a secure underground car park. |

Clean towels to service the apartment as well beach towels and ample changes of bedding provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Ideal for young children as there is a oddler pool and a childrens play area.
Accessibility
Lift access to apartment. Wheelchair access is good with ramps and lifts to the apartment and pool.
Outside
Private gardens are secluded and well maintained and the balconies and pool area are equipped with sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is Praia du Vau. This is one of several beautiful beaches nearby. Most of them have high quality restaurants and snack bars behind them or on them. There are watersports centres and a RYA sailing school and lots of coves and caves to explore.
Golf
Top quality golf courses are close by. Penina, Palmares, Silves, Pinta and Gramacho are all very close. Discounted golf can be arranged.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro approx 45 mins drive away with many low cost airlines flying from airports all the year round. Lisbon is a little further away.
Taxis are reasonably priced and available both locally and at the airport, we can arrange airport pickup if needed. A car is an advantage but not absolutely essential. Car hire can be arranged by the owners if required.

Faro to Apartment = 65km; to the beach = 1.6km; Alvor town centre = 1.5km; Portimao = 2.1km; Nearest bar, shop, restaurant and newsagent = 200m. Slide and Splash water park = 15km. Zoomarine = 20km; Alberfeira = 25km and Vilamoura = 40km.
