The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has underfloor heating throughout, there is a wood burning stove in the lounge. The house if fully alarmed and has electric shutters on all windows/doors. There is also the extra security of electric gates and a wall surrounding the property.

Outside
The gardens in this villa are fantastic, not only is it the perfect place to relax sun bathing by the 10m x 5m private heated pool or sitting on the lovely covered terrace if you like the shade, it is the place for a little sporting fun with the all weather short tennis/badminton court, a putting green and a table tennis table, you could start your own mini olympic games. In the garden there are many varieties of colourful flowers. We also have olive, lemon, orange and pomegranate trees. At night the garden is very well lit so you can enjoy the outdoors in the hours of darkness. The dining patio with good quality dining furniture and Redfry BBQ has a covered pergola for shade while you are eating.
