Two bedroom apartment which sleeps six very close to the beach, restaurants and shops with spectacular private roof terrace. Two double beds one sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen and dining table for six people. Completely air conditioned. Roof terrace with table for six, BBQ, sink and sunbeds. Very close to facilities and beach at Manta Rota. Manta Rota is an expanding beach resort which is a good area for investment, rental houses and apartments do well here, it is much more designed to be houses and less apartments not high rise at all. It has a village feel there are good restaurants and many cafes. Even in the height of the Summer you have so much beach it doesn’t get too crowded. There are good supermarkets also a small selection of shops. In the Winter months it is a haven of peace and is a great place to relax, you can take bike rides to Cacela Velha, and see the gorgeous views, the traditional church and fortress.

Suitable for children, however due to the roof terrace toddlers would have to be watched carefully as stairs to the roof, whilst up there you can shut the gate so they can't go down the stairs.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as no bedroom on the ground floor. First floor apartment no lift.

Coast/Beach
The gorgeous beach of Manta Rota is less than five minutes walk from the apartment, there are bars and restaurants, picnic areas, public wooden walkways for relaxing long walks.
Golf
Many golf courses in the local area within five to ten minutes drive from the apartment. Quinta da Ria and Quinta da Cima (two minute drive). Monte Rei Golf (five minute drive). Castro Marim golf (ten minutes drive). Benamor (ten minutes drive).
Travel
Faro airport is 40 minutes drive away.
