| Bathrooms: | There are 2 bathrooms. One has a jacuzzi bath and shower with wc, bidet and washhand basin with vanity unit, the other has a double power shower with wc and washhand basin also with vanity unit. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is well equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. It is also served with a full range of crockery, glassware and a kitchen dining table with 4 chairs. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is air-conditioned, furnished with two leather brown sofas, two coffee tables and a complete dining room suite for 6 people. There is also a Samsung LCD TV, DVD and a small portable music centre. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. The apartment is cleaned weekly including a towel and linen change. |

The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the Marina where the beach can be accessed by foot in another 5 minutes, the Old Town of Lagos is also only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Car Hire is not necessary.
