The garden lights are lit by sensor at dusk, illuminating the villa ideal for evening entertaining. There are four terraces for entertaining.
Coast/Beach
The Villa is south facing towards the ocean. The sea/beach is estimated a 20 mins walk or 5 mins by car (1.3km) to the nearest beach (Garrao) which also has restaurants and bars. Other nearby beaches are Ancao. Vale do Lobo is 1.5km away with retaurants crazy golf and small children's play area. Sun beds and umbrellas can be hired. Swimming conditions are good in clear luke warm water.
Golf
Vale Do Lobo 'Royal Course' and 'Ocean' courses are just 5 minutes drive. Quinta Do Lago, North and South is also 5 minutes drive away. There are several good courses in Villamoura just 8km away from the villa such as the Millennuim, Laguna and Pinhal, Pinerios Altos, The Old Course and Pine Cliffs which is an excellent 9 hole course.

Travel
Faro airport is 15-20 minutes away approx 14 km drive. Car hire is advised and there are a large selection of car hire firms based at Faro airport.
Distances
Val do Lobo is 1.5 km away. The nearest town is Almancil approx 3km away, Loule 9km, Portimao 40km. The recently built moterway means that Lisbon is only 1-2 hours drive and the Spanish boarder is approx 35 minutes away.
Further details
The Apolónia supermarket in Almancil is one of the best supermarkets on the Algarve. There are many excellent shops and restaurants within easy reach of the Villa including beach bars and 4 restaurants with Michelin stars.
The Guia Shopping and Entertainment Complex can be found on the N125 just north of Albufeira and is a modern shopping centre with an excellent range of well known shops, a multiplex cinema and an amazing range of cafes and restaurants.
The Forum Algarve in Faro is another large shopping centre. There is a huge selection of shops and restaurants on offer.
