Luxury 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 4-6) with private heated pool in Tennis Valley in the heart of Vale do Lobo. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with views over the tennis courts and it's extensive grounds. About 10-15 minutes walk from the sea and the Vale do Lobo golf courses and restaurants. Barringtons health club and driving range are a short walk away. The tennis club has a large pool, restaurant and gym. The villa is perfect for those with small children or the elderly as there are no stairs. There is a metal fence available for those who wish to fence off the pool. The villa is our second home and therefore very well furnished and fully equipped, not like the usual rental villas! Free bedroom air conditioning.

Notes on accommodation
The pool can be heated to 30 degrees (85 Farenheit).
There is an additional charge for pool heating of £95 per week.
There is air-conditioning in both bedrooms (no extra charge).

Accessibility
Since my father in law has Parkinsons, we decided to go for a villa that has no stairs and is therefore easily manoeuvreable with a wheelchair.
Outside
There is a terracotta tiled terrace around the kidney shaped pool (approx size 17 ft x 9 ft with a depth of between 4ft 6in to 6ft 6in) with 4 loungers. There is a covered dining area with a dining table with six chairs. There is also a brick built-in barbecue. There is a metal gate which leads onto the lawned area around the tennis courts which is a great safe play area for children. The pool can be heated to 30 degrees celsius (85 Farenheit) if required and for this we would charge £95 per week.
Coast/Beach
It is a ten to fifteen minute walk or a short drive to the most beautiful sandy beaches and numerous restaurants and beach bars.
Golf
There is an abundance of world class golf courses in the immediate vicinity. Within our complex there is the Royal course and the Ocean course (where the Portugese Open has been held). Within a 10 to 15 minute drive there are numerous other wonderful courses including Quinta da Logo, Vilamoura, San Lorenzo, Vila Sol, Pinheiros Altos with a further 6 courses within a 30 minute drive.
Travel
Faro Airport is 20 minutes away. Easy taxi ride or rent a car.
Distances
The small town of Almancil is a ten minute drive and Vilamoura, with its marina and many restaurants, is a 15 minute drive. There are many other villages and towns worth a visit within easy reach.

Everything is available on site, including a supermarket, beauty spa, gym, doctor, golf courses, driving range, putting greens, tennis courts, the beach and many restaurants, bars and shops.
Booking notes
Please contact us for booking enquiries. A deposit of 50% is required to secure booking. Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit cheque of £200 against damages is also required. (So far, we have never had to use this deposit!).
At least one guest must be 30 years +.
