An excellent location with all the facilities nearby. The sea front is lined with bars, restaurants and a nearby children’s playground area. There is a small market almost every day also supermarket, florist and other small shops all minutes away.

8-10 min stroll to the beach at Sao Martinho do Porto. 15 min drive to Nazare long sandy beach. 15 drive to the beautiful lagoon beach at Foz do Arehlo – water sports.

Golf
There are currently 4 local golf courses. The Praia del Rey is located only 30 mins drive. The Golden Eagle at Rio Major also 30 min drive. Botado in Peniche is a 35 mins drive. Campo Real is located 40 mins away.

Travel
Lisbon airport 1 hour drive. Porto airport 2.5 hour drive. Many airlines fly to Lisbon including low cost.

Distances
20 min drive to Caldas de Rainha spa town and shopping. 15 min drive to Nazare lovely beach and seafood restaurants. 20 mins drive to Obidos wonderful walled medieval town. 25 mins drive to Alcobaca large monastery town. 40 mins drive to Peniche surfing.

Sao Martinho do Porto has many restaurants, bars, shops, bank, railway and bus services to Lisbon all within a short walk.
