Changeover day
The changeover day is usually a Saturday but this can be flexible. The villa will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

Accessibility
The villa has almost level access via the front door with a slightly raised area outside the rear entrance. Level driveway and patio area. 2 double bedrooms on ground floor, standard door widths, downstairs bathroom has bath with shower over.

Secluded rear garden with lawn and large sun terrace. Traditional brick built BBQ with patio dining table, chairs and parasol. Sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
15 min drive to Foz Do Arelho beach and Obidos lagoon, perfect for families and water sport enthusiasts alike with its calm warm waters. 20 mins to the world famous surfing beaches of Peniche and Baleal. Other popular family beaches such as Nazare and Sao Martinho are also a short drive away.
Golf
There are many golf courses to choose from within a short drive including the world class Praia del Rey dramatically situated on the Atlantic cliffs or the popular Golden Eagle situated inland at Rio Maior.
Travel
Lisbon airport 45 mins. Porto airport 2.5 hours. Faro airport 3 hours. Car hire essential.

Please contact us by phone or email to request a booking form. A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is required to secure a booking, balance due 8 weeks before arrival. A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is also required at the time of booking to cover breakages/losses.
