Outside
There are 4 swimming pools at Club Albufeira, 1 is heated for the winter cooler months. There are sun beds and umbrellas around the pools along with bars and restaurants. A children's play area along with mini golf and tennis courts are available.
Coast/Beach
2 km from the main town of Albufeira, the strip with its bars and the beautiful Old Town of Albufeira. Fishermans Beach is in Albufeira and a free bus service (twice per day) takes you there and back from the club reception.
Golf
A total of 29 golf couses in the Algarve region all within 60 minutes drive, contact reception who will let you know if any special rates are availalble. A nine hole golf course on site.
Travel
Faro Airport is 35 mins away and a pick up service is available.
Distances
Nearest town 2 km. Zoo marine is 10 km. Bowling Alley, large Hypermarket and a number of discount factory outlet stores is also nearby.
Further details
Pool tables,football machine, children's playground,crazy golf on site, small supermarket, newspaper kiosk, phone booth and
cash machine, two bar restaurant ,games room and 24hr reception. Guests also have access to the sister site, Camping Albuferia which has more bars, restaurants and pools with slides, also a small supermarket, bakery and laundry across the road acessed via the foot bridge behind reception. The local bus also leaves from outside Camping Albuferia every half hour. Excusions, boating trips, Zoo Marine, water parks and other attractions can also be booked through reception. Due to open 2009 is a further restaurant, a gymnasium, a 4th pool and another children's playground.
Booking notes
Changeover day in season is a Tuesday, out of season this can be changed. A 25% deposit on booking, payment 8 weeks prior to arrival, along with a security deposit cheque of £150 which will be refunded within 14 days after holiday on inspection, cleaning and return of key to reception. Long winter stay available based on a min 4 week stay between 1 Nov 2010 - 31 Mar 2011. Please contact owner for details.
