The house has its own large, beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the communal pool area. Guests can enjoy a 30% green fee discount at Parque da Floresta Golf together with many other onsite activities including the spa, health and fitness centre, tennis and bowling. The Floresta Fun Club is available for children during Easter, July and August. The house is a short distance away from many quiet sandy beaches and excellent, inexpensive restaurants.

The house has a large private landscaped gated garden which is ideal for children. There is a heated communal pool, plus a children's pool approximately 20 yards in front of the garden. The pool area is equipped with sunloungers, umbrellas, changing rooms and showers. There are two private parking spaces adjacent to the house.
Coast/Beach
The house is a short distance away from many quiet sandy beaches.
Golf
The rental includes a 30% green fee discount at Parque da Floresta's 18 hole course. PDF also has a pro shop, golf academy, driving range and a bar/restaurant overlooking the 18th green.
Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is required 30 days prior to arrival date. In case of cancellation a refund can only be made if the property is re-rented.
