Changeover day
Changeover days will be Saturday, although this can be flexible out of Peak season. Access will be given not before 1pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

Bathroom comprises of marble surround sink with large mirror over, bath with shower over, bidet and WC. |

Kitchen facilities include washing machine, microwave, oven with hob, kettle, iron and ironing board, juice machine, double sink unit. |

Lounge, dining room with TV, DVD, stereo, video and open fire place. The sofa bed folds to create a complete double bed. |

The apartment has a east facing balcony off the lounge which has sun from morning to afternoon with beautiful sea views. |
Cleaning/towels/

Towels and bedding are included. A number of towels for the pool are also provided. Cleaning will be weekly and bedding and towels will be changed mid stay on a 2 week stay. |
Notes on accommodation
This is an ideal family holiday apartment. Travel cot can be provided at a cost of £10 per stay (payable prior to departure) although cot bedding is not provided.

Accessibility
The complex is mainly flat but there are some steps. Our apartment has a flight of stairs to the front door and rear balcony.
Outside
Parking is situated near to the apartment. The Sao Rafael complex is very quiet and the mature gardens make it a great place for small walks. The shared tear shaped pool has many sun beds for your use and also has a good sized children’s pool.
Coast/Beach
Some toys for children are provided at the apartment, including the essential bucket and spade!
The Sao Rafael beach, which is less than 10 mins away is very picturesque and the bar and restaurant is very good, for day time snacks and drinks or for an evening meal.
The area has many other beaches for you to explore, all within 10 mins drive. The Algarve is famous for its beautiful coast line and many beautiful beaches and coves.
Golf
The Algarve has over 30 courses to choose from, some of which are used in major competitions. The Salgados Golf Course is a 5 min drive away, with the others within half an hour drive away. Please contact us if you would like to pre arrange your game of golf (club hire available).
Travel
The accommodation is situated a 30 min drive from Faro airport. Car hire is not essential as local amenities are within walking distance, however it is recommended to explore the local area and find further beautiful coastline.
Distances
Albufeira Old Town is 5km away, New Albufeira marina with bars and restaurants 2km away, New Town Albufeira(tourist area) 7km away. Aqua Park and Zoo Marine can be found within 15km.
Further details
There are many restaurants and bars within walking distance but if you would prefer some more lively night life, Albufeira's Old Town is a 5 min taxi away.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit or £100 which ever the greater (non-refundable) to be made at time of booking and balance is due 6 weeks before you travel.
A £100 security deposit will also be required before your departure. This will be refunded 6 weeks after you return.
