Casa Feliz is a modern ground floor apartment consisting of 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bath/shower rooms, a large lounge/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and private terraces to the front and rear of the property. It is set in a peaceful cul-de-sac but is only 10 minutes walk to Centeanes beach and a short drive to the centre of Carvoeiro with all its shops, bars and restaurants. For those not wishing to drive, there are shops, bars and restaurants just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are also tennis courts at the nearby Rocha Brava development.

Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Thursday but this can be varied sometimes, particularly 'out-of-season' i.e. not July or August. Access to the premises is from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

All towels and linen are included. There is a twice-weekly maid service and the towels are changed twice a week and the bedlinen changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
Both bedrooms and the lounge/dining room are equipped with modern ceiling fans. For winter lets, all rooms have heat wafers in addition to which there are portable radiators. The lounge also has a modern built-in log burning fire.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor and is suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
There is a large communal pool with an expansive pool surround equipped with sunloungers. The apartment has a large enclosed terrace accessed through the lounge/dining room and one of the bedrooms. It is equipped with patio furniture, sunloungers and a modern gas BBQ. At the rear of the apartment there is a further 'open' terrace accessed through the kitchen, which is also equipped with patio furniture.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is Centeanes beach which is a 10 min walk. A short drive (5 mins) will take you to Carvoeiro beach and there are many wonderful beaches along the coast all within short driving distances.
Golf
The Western Algarve is a golfers paradise. The apartment is a 10 min drive from 2 championship courses - Gramacho and Vale de Pinta - and there is an excellent par 3 course just 5 mins away. All of the courses on the Algarve are accessible from the apartment with the furthest being approx. 45 mins drive.
Travel
The airport that serves the Algarve is Faro airport which is a 45 min drive from the apartment. Car hire is not essential but is recommended to enable visitors to explore the beauty of the Western Algarve.
Distances
Carvoeiro is the nearest town and is just a short drive away (5 mins). There you will find many shops, bars and restaurants offering a wide and varied cuisine. A 10 min drive would take you to a large water park - Slide & Splash - and a further 10 mins would take you to Zoomarine which has a superb dolphin show as one of its many attractions
Further details
In the local area to the apartment (5 minutes walk) you will find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants which is why a car is not essential for guests at Casa Feliz.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and the final balance will be due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date.
