This wonderful villa is perfect for larger parties wishing to holiday together. Its unique design of 2 bedrooms within the main house adjoined by a self contained 2 bedroomed annex ensures privacy for separate families. Overall very well equipped and comfortably furnished ensuring a high standard of self catering accommodation. All bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms with 'king size' power showers provide a real touch of luxury! The large open plan lounge and dining area is airy and light and leads to a charming gallery bedroom where a further 2 people can be accommodated. To the outside, the pool is surrounded by large mature gardens giving plenty of space for children. The terrace areas are extensive with sunbathing facilities and a BBQ area. Towards the house is a shaded patio area with garden furniture and room for 'al-fresco' dining. The location is perfect for peaceful 'get away from it all' holidays, although the beach and amenities are only a short driving distance away.

Notes on prices
These prices are in sterling, per week. We will consider discount for longer term or winter rentals.
For smaller families, a discount for use of main house only excluding the annexe may be considered, but is entirely at our discretion.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. We usually stipulate arrival time as 4pm and departure time as 10am to allow preparation for your stay. However, this can be reviewed to accommodate your needs and in accordance with other guests.

All linen included and changed weekly, towels are provided for the house and not for the pool. The house is cleaned weekly, the pool is cleaned weekly and the gardens maintained weekly. |

Accessibility
The property is not adapted for wheelchair users. As the villa layout is predominantly ground floor, the accommodation is suitable for the eldery and infirm.
Outside
Large lawned area (c2,600sqm) and mature gardens. Poolside terrace area with sunbeds. Outside BBQ area with dining table and chairs, and also patio furniture in which to relax.
Large private driveway leading to house with ample car parking space.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is that of Manta Rota less than 5 minutes away. By venturing a little further (c 10kms), it is possible to reach other wonderful beaches dotted along the coast towards Spain. All beaches are white and sandy and deemed suitable for bathing to blue flag standards. Each beach area has its own facilities and includes beach side restaurants or snack bars.
Golf
There are a number of wonderful courses in within a 15km radius including the prestigious new Monte Rei complex. Discounts can be arranged.
Travel
Car hire is strongly recommended when renting this villa. We can obtain good discounted car hire prices. Faro airport is approx 40 mins drive mainly by motorway.
Distances
Beach, bars and restuarants less than 5 minutes away.
Other places to visit include the historic town of Tavira (15 minutes), the castle at Castro Marim (20 Minutes), the nightlife in Monte Gordo (15 minutes) and of course Spain where you can enjoy Tapas and wine in another country just down the road! (25 minutes) There are excellent bus and rail networks for those not wishing to drive.

There is a local shop 5 mins walk away. The nearest local village is Vila Nova de Cacela which has bars, restaurants, banks, shops, butchers and bakers and a daily market selling local fresh produce.
