| Bathrooms: | Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with separate shower, bidet and WC. Bedroom 2 has a shower room, bidet and WC. Bedroom 3 has a shower room and WC. Bedroom 4 has a bathroom with shower over, bidet and WC. |
| Kitchen: | Hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and granite worktop. |
| Utility Room: | This is in the basement which includes a washing machine and dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | Large hall on entering the villa, leading to a spacious living room and a separate dining room. Multi channel cable television with DVD player, fireplace and central air conditioning. |
| Other: | Large open area can be used as an upstairs sitting area. All bedrooms upstairs have their own private balconies. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and are changed twice a week. Maid service is also twice weekly and pool maintenance is once weekly. |

Private swimming pool (10x5m). There are sun loungers around the pool, a patio table that can seat 10. A BBQ and an outside shower.
Coast/Beach
White sand beaches at Ancao are a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive from the villa. There are other beaches all with 15 min drive.
Golf
The villa is within 10 min drive from world famous golf courses at Vale do Lobo, Pinheros Altos and Quinta do Lago. Vila Sol and Vilamoura are only a 20 min drive away.
Travel
Nearest airport is Faro which is a 20 min drive. Car hire is essential but taxis do operate in the area.
Distances
Quinta shopping and Vale do Lobo are within 10 min drive as are numerous fantastic restaurants. Supermarkets are at Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Almancil. At Faro which is a 20 min drive there are large shopping centres and cinema theatres. Vilamoura and its marina is a 15 min drive. Facilities for Go Karting and 2 water parks are within 15 min drive.
Further details
Further afield are the towns of Quarteira with it's ‘must visit’ Wednesday market. Loule is another town worth visiting with its older buildings. Following the road east will lead to Tavira and Spain and westward beyond Vilamoura to Lagos and the silver coast.
Booking notes
Booking can be made by email. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due on booking and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival in Portugal. Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charges. 4-8 weeks 50% of rate refunded. 2-4 weeks 25% of rate refunded. Less than 2 weeks no refund. A returnable £500 breakage deposit is to be paid on arrival.
