Changeover day
Changeover day is normally on a Saturday, but out of peak periods (July and August) alternative arrangements can be made.

Notes on accommodation
The balcony railings are fairly low and therefore young children should not be allowed access to these areas.
Accessibility
The apartment is all on one level. There is a lift in the building and access ramps at the main entrance. Wheelchair users should not have a problem.
Outside
The swimming pool is shared with other residents of the building, but it is not a high rise building and the pool is usually fairly quiet. The pool can be seen from the kitchen window. There are pool loungers available at poolside.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is the Marina beach which is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and can be seen from the balcony. The Marina is also only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Golf
There are six wonderful golf courses all within a ten minute drive from the apartment. The Old Course, Millenium, Laguna, Pinhal, New Club Victoria and Vila Sol. Competitive agencies can be recommended.
Travel
Nearest International airport - Faro ( max. 20 minutes drive). Taxis and buses are available close to the apartment. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
Quarteira is a walkable distance, 15 minutes along the seafront. Loule is 15 minutes by car, taxi or bus.
