This villa is ideally situated on a quiet residential estate just outside Carvoeiro center which is a 10 minute walk away. The beach, restaurants, shops and bars are all accessible on foot. A car is not essential so this location is ideal for families and couples alike to enjoy their holiday. The pool, which can be heated, is surrounded by a large terrace area with BBQ and built in seating area. There is also a roof terrace offering views of the town.

Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is an optional extra. Renovation includes brand new kitchen with granite work surfaces, new floors throughout, new doors, new windows with electric shutters, extension to the lounge, alarm, all new furniture throughout.

Outside
There is a built-in seating area next to the built-in BBQ as well as sun beds and other patio furniture. The private pool which is 8x4m can be heated on request.

Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro beach is a 10 min walk but there are many beautiful beaches in the area which can be reached by car or foot. The particular stretch of coastline in this area is known for its beauty.

Golf
There are 3 golf courses within a 10 min drive of the villa. here is Vale do Milho (9 hole par 3) and also Gramacho and Pinta.

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is a maximum of 1 hour away (about 45 mins). Lisbon is 2½ half hours. A car is not necessary but you may find useful for sightseeing. Transfers can be arranged and also local car hire company at Faro airport for those who wish to hire a car.

Distances
Carvoeiro center is a 10 min walk. Carvoeiro is ideally situated for the water slide parks and also Zoomarine which is 20 mins away.

Further details
Carvoeiro has many restaurants to choose from, there is also a large supermarket which is fairly local although there are many small supermarkets in Carvoeiro center. Silves is worth a visit to see the castle, also swimming with dolphins at Zoomarine.

20% deposit taken and balance 8 weeks before. Security deposit of £200 taken for any breakages.
