Situated at the top of Monte Carvoerio this is a unique and special villa. Combining the traditional older style villa with all modern requirements, it is designed to be a home from home for your holiday. A fully equipped modern kitchen, large living and dining room,bar area, five large comfortable bedrooms (bedroom 4 is accessed via bedroom 3 by hallway making it an ideal family room) and four bathrooms, this property is ideal for large families, two families sharing or groups of friends. Local to the small bustling town of Carvoerio and several beaches there is something for everyone. For quieter nights good food and entertainment can be found at Monte Carvoerio. An extremely private central courtyard means evenings at home can be as relaxed or fun as you wish. Air con and satellite TV are included in the price. Cot and Highchair available free of charge. Vale do Milho, Pestana and Gramancho Golf. Scuba diving and horse riding available locally.

Notes on prices
All prices are in UK pounds. Refundable £150 breakages deposit required on full payment. 25% deposit on booking. Out of peak season we are happy to discuss special rates for longer term rentals or short breaks dependent on availability. Changeover day
Saturday is preferred changeover day in Peak season. Flexible outside of this time dependent on other bookings. Departure by 10.30am. Arrival after 2.30am except by prior arrangement with owner or management.

Notes on accommodation
We have tried to anticipate your needs as fully as possible. We have air conditioning and heating (should you need it) throughout the property making it a suitable rental for any season. This is our home abroad and we think it should be the same for our guests. A free welcome pack is provided for your arrival with tea, coffee, milk, wine, water and a basic lunch. Although conveniently close to town, you will find that the villa is peaceful. For your comfort and that of other guests we ask that you do not smoke inside of the property but outside. We are happy to supply the following items. Booster seat, lightweight buggy, microwave steriliser, cot, highchair, babywalker, cool bag, ice packs and beach umbrella. (NB. Although there is no charge for these items we will add a further £50 to the breakages/loss deposit). Please note that we accept no liability for the use of these items.

Accessibility
Casa Moura is all on one level with the exception of 1 bedroom which has a few steps into it and the roof terrace; it has very few internal steps and has full access around the property to all areas. Although not specifically designed to be wheelchair accessible it should be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
Private Gated Pool area with poolside shower. Diamond shaped pool with steps and shallow end approx 7x4m. Sun loungers, poolside tables, chairs and umbrellas provided.
Coast/Beach
Carvoerio and Parasio Beaches are closest at 5 and 10 mins walk. Other beaches include Centienes, Benagil, Ferraguda, Praia Grande, Marinha. There are generally 1 or 2 bars/cafes at the beaches. For the more adventurous there are many little coves and beaches that can be found along the coast. For a fee the fishermen at Carvoerio beach are willing to take you to some of the more inaccessible coves. Further details of beaches in Villa Manual.
Golf
Pestana Golf - 18 hole Pinta and Gramancho Courses 5 mins drive. Booking transfers and hire available at Monte Carvoerio. Vale do Milho - 9 hole course 10 mins drive. Vilamoura courses 30 mins drive.
Travel
Faro Airport 45 min drive. Lisbon Airport 2½ hours drive. Saville Airport (spain) 2½ hours drive. Car Hire recommended but not essential. Excellent Taxi service (town square Carvoeiro).

Carvoerio 10 mins walk. Lagoa 10mins drive. PortiMao 20mins drive. Lagos 40 mins drive. Monchique Mountains 30 min drive. Faro 45 min drive. Silves 20 min drive. Vilamoura 25 min drive. Alvor 25min drive.
Further details
There is a local supermarket, restaurants and bars at Monte carvoerio just 1 minute walk. Intermarche and Modelo are the closest supermarkets both a 5-10 min drive. Aqualand and Slide and Splash Water Parks. Restaurant Hill in the town centre is the first port of call for most visitors, it is reasonable priced and offers variety, however there are many wonderful restaurants outside of the town that should be explored.
