A few minutes drive to the unspoilt West coast beaches: Cordoama and Castellajo (paragliding and surfing), 15 minutes away is Amado (surfing) and the beautiful long, sand-duned beach of Carrapateira. The fishing villages of Burgau and Salema are nearby. Praia da Luz is a 20 minutes drive and Lagos town centre, microlighting airfield and marina, about 30 minutes. Shopping centres of Portimão, Albufeira & Guia and beach resorts of Alvor and Carvoeiro are within an easy 1 hour’s drive. 8 golf courses in the vicinity including the famous Penina, Palmares, Boavista and Parque da Floresta, which has a health spa, tennis courts, archery and bowling. The Moorish towns and castles of Silves and Aljezur are worth a visit and easy to get to.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
25% deposit required upon booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. £300 security payment/breakage bond is required with the final payment or upon arrival. This will be returned within 24 hours of departure providing no damage has occurred.
Payment can be made in either Pounds to a UK bank account, or Euros, into a Portuguese bank. Please contact us to discuss long let discounts for any time except the summer seasons.
Changeover day
This can be flexible. Where bookings coincide for the same day we request that outgoing guests depart by 10.00 hours and incoming guests arrive no earlier than 15.00 hours.

Vila do Bispo is a traditional Portuguese village with small shops, a pharmacy and a bank. Sit back and watch the local lifestyle over a beer or meal in one of its excellent restaurants, cafes or bars. Walk along or relax on one of the many uncrowded beaches within a short drive on both coasts. For the more energetic you can take a walk or cycle ride through the beautiful countryside of the National Park to the coast. Other old, rural villages dot the area, which are rich in historic sites, traditional restaurants and long, uncrowded, sandy beaches.

This will be returned via bank transfer within 48 hours of departure providing no damage has occurred. Payment can be made in either Pounds Sterling, into a UK bank account, or Euros, into a Portuguese bank account.
