Modern and Luxury villa designed by the renowned Portuguese architect with private swimming pool (8 x 4m) and garden, located in a wonderful touristic Golf resort, close to pleasant and calm beaches of Blues Sea Coast (15 mins) on the edge of the Arrábida mountain (Natural Reserve Park) between Palmela and Azeitao, with quick and easy access to interesting surrounds Lisbon/Palmela/Setubal/Sesimbra, in 10-30 min. drive. In this fantastic region, the tourist can find out several of the most import representations of the Portuguese culture. Two bicycles available for pleasant strolls along cycling tracks and the gardens of the condominium, basket table and other amenities in the villa garden. Bar and Restaurant at walk distance inside condominium, also with a very large common pool, supermarket at 500m and shopping's at 1km. Very pleasant place and relaxing atmosphere is the perfect location to discover the delights of this fascinating region.

Kitchen: Complete kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher full equipment to serve 10 persons. If any missing equipment is required the owner will gladly supply.
Living Rooms: Very large living room and dining area (common with 65sq.m) with one entire wall of glass looking onto the garden and pool. TV, DVD and Hi-Fi. Large table (2,80m when open) to seat 10 people and two sofa. The living room also has air-conditioning.
Other: The villa was designed by the renowned Portuguese architect Tomás Taveira, built in 2006, has a modern architecture, with much light and a fresh environment is situated in a relaxing atmosphere

Outside villa in the private garden, is an outdoor dining area with table, chairs and barbecue. The garden also provides secluded and sunny moments, Sun loungers available. Two bicycles available for pleasant strolls along cycling tracks and the gardens of the condominium, basket table and other amenities in the villa garden. The condominium has a 18 hole Golf course, where is possible walking, cycling and practise golf.

Coast/Beach
Close to the beaches of Blues Sea Coast like Portinho da Arrábida an Figueirinha in 15 min driving.

Golf
A golfer’s paradise, the resort has an 18 hole golf course, other’s golf courses within 20 minutes drive (Quinta do Peru, Montado, Aroeira).

Travel
The villa is reached by car from Lisbon airport in 30 min. Apart from Lisbon, 35 km, Setubal, Palmela and Sesimbra are easily reached (10 - 20 min). Car necessary.

Distances
Distance to the center of Lisbon 35km, Palmela 5km, Setubal 15km, Sesimbra 20km, Railway station to the center of Lisbon 4km and Lisbon Airport 30km. Good Acces for all destinations.
Azeitao, 5km, is a lovely village chosen by the nobility to build their Palaces and Quintas, due to its beauty, climate and abundant fishing and game. Bar, Restaurant and supermarket at walking distance, other general shoping at 1km distance.

Located in a region ideal for nautical Sports with pleasant and calm beaches and fauna tours in all four seasons of the year, also for Golf (close several attractive golf course -20/30 min). About the owner
The family villa of my grandparents' completely recovered and refurbished. It was a dream that becomes reality. On holidays I with my wife and our three little children drive to the villa to recoup forces for a new and hard work period in the area of Electronic and telecommunications Engineer.

The villa is our paradise for the weekends and ours three children's love it and all the surrounding, peaceful location close Lisbon, beaches and mountains in a beautiful enterprise with security, gardens and fresh air.
