50% no-refundable deposit secures booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to date of arrival. A 250 euros breakage deposit required in the arrived and will be return to you in the departure day unless the property has been left in an unacceptable condition. Strictly no pets. The villa can accommodate with total comfort, 6 people and if exceeding 8 invalidate your booking.
