This quaint townhouse can be found in one of Olhao's beautiful characteristic streets. It overlooks a cobbled area of trees including palms. A few minutes stroll takes you to the waterfront and marina also the daily fish, meat, veg markets, shops, cafes and restaurants. English newspapers, magazines, postcards and stamps can be purchased here. Walk through the beautiful gardens’ along the waterfront and you will come across a play area for children, a bird sanctuary and a pond packed with turtles. Further on you can catch a ferry to the 3 small islands of Armona, Culatra and Farol, where you can enjoy a day on the clean sands and lounge in the cafes and restaurants.

Accessibility
A car is not required as everything you require is within walking distance. Trains, buses, taxis and ferries are a 10 min walk away. There are 3 large supermarkets within 10 mins walk.
Outside
There is a large sunny roof terrace with decking overlooking a quiet one way street. BBQ, loungers, chairs and tables are all available for your use.
Coast/Beach
There are 3 beaches that are easy accessible via a short ferry ride, 10 mins walk from the house. You can take a half hour bus ride to Pedras del Rei beach where the beach can be accessed via an exciting train journey (for the kids) or you can use the complex that has a swimming pool, table top games, machines, shops, cafes and restaurants. Fuseta beach is 5 mins drive away.
Golf
There are several golf courses near Tavira (20 mins drive). The nearest is in Moncarapacho (10 mins drive).
Travel
Car hire is not essential as you are minutes walk from all facilities and all forms of transport. Everything you will need for your holiday, is on your doorstep.
Distances
Faro (airport) 8km. Tavira 12km. There are 3 large supermarkets within a 10 min walk or catch the green line bus that takes you around Olhao and to a main supermarket. Waterparks, zoo marine, go karting within 30 mins drive.
Further details
Free Internet cafe and cinema in Olhao. Olhao camp site has an outdoor pool, tennis and tabletop games and bikes for hire.
