Casa Praia is a newly constructed villa where once stood two fishermens' cottages. This stunning new villa is situated yards from the beach with views of the coast and the village that are unbeatable. The main entrance level is where you will find the fully fitted kitchen with sea views; across the hallway is a bedroom with bunk beds and along the hallway is the family bathroom, the L-shaped lounge dining room has a terrace overlooking the beach. Stairs from this level lead down to bedroom 1 and 2 and the large shower room. The stairs also lead up to the large roof terrace which has stunning sea and village views.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Beach towels are provided during the season. Long term winter lets discounts details available. Welcome pack provided. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. Meet and greet at villa. Reductions are available for smaller parties outside the main summer season and occasionally for last minute bookings. Any reductions which are available are at the owner's discretion and on request.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible for the majority of the year but in the high season may be restricted to Saturdays. Please contact us for details as we will accommodate requests where possible. Please vacate the villa by 10am and access will be after 3pm.

| Living Rooms: | Satellite TV, DVD, 2 large sofas, dining table 6 chairs. Patio doors to terrace. |
| Other: | There is underfloor heating throughout the whole property to make the winter evenings very cosy. A cot, highchair and stairgate available. The roof terrace has outside furniture, a barbecue and a sink. This is a no smoking and no pets villa. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels are provided and in addition beach towels will be made available during the summer season. Bed linen will be changed weekly and towels twice a week. Cleaning will be once a week. |

Accessibility
Due to the nature of the house wheelchair access is restricted to the entrance floor level. There are no steps leading from the road/pathway into this level of the house.

The roof terrace has a BBQ, and outside furniture.
Coast/Beach
Casa Praia is one of the closest villas to Burgau beach.Burgau beach is ideal for all ages with wonderful sand,clear seas and rock pools to explore and castles waiting to be built. In high season the beach is patrolled by lifeguards who also rent out shades and loungers.There is a stunning beach bar for drinks,snacks and toilet facilities.
Golf
Burgau is situated close to 3 very good golf courses, Boavista 8km, Parque da Floresta 8km and Palmares 15km. All these courses have websites and pre-booking may reduce green fees.
Special interest holidays
The west coast offers some of the best surfing beaches in the world and tuition is available on most. Hiking, horse riding,jeep safari and mountain biking are available throughout the area.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro which is 1 hour drive from Burgau along the A22 motorway. Most charter/low cost airlines fly all year into Faro. All major car hire companies are represented at the airport. Car hire is recommended to take full advantage of the surrounding countryside and beaches; however, there is a regular bus service to Lagos and Luz. Local taxis are available and inexpensive.
Distances
The nearest large town is Lagos where you will find some thing for all ages including a Saturday farmer's market for all your fresh veg and close by a fresh fish market. There is a delightful marina to stroll around. Lagos has a large variety of shops and restaurants.

Burgau's restaurants cater for all needs and welcome children; it is however advisable to book ahead in the high season to avoid disappointment. If you wish, we would be delighted to book your first night's meal for you. We will also meet and greet all clients in Burgau. Full details of all local services will be available in the villa.
Booking notes
Confirmation of all booking will be made via e-mail unless otherwise requested. We require 25% of the holiday cost at the time of booking with the balance being payable 6 weeks before arrival.
