The master bedroom has twin beds, fully fitted wardrobes, plasma TV with sky, a full en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, wc, bidet, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, plasma TV and sky. Both bedrooms have French doors leading to a balcony with table and chairs. All the bedrooms and living area benifits from air-conditioning.

Notes on accommodation
Beach/pool towels are not provided. Linen and towels are included and the properties are serviced by the on site management company, Careways.
Cots and highchair can be arranged for an additional charge through the management company, please contact for details. The villa offers spacious well equiped accommodation ideal for families, couples or golfing groups.

Outside
Both properties have the use of 2 shared pools with baby pools within view of the accommodation. The properties have patio table and chairs, parasol, and sun loungers for the exclusive use of its clients. The new indoor pool with spa facilities, gym and treatments are now available to Boavista clients, information on charges are available on request.

Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches and coves are just 5 minutes drive. Alvor and Praia da Rocha beach approx 25 minutes.

Golf
Boavista Golf offers excellent facilities including a 18 hole champianship golf course, driving range and golf academy. Buggies, trolleys and golf clubs are available for rent subject to availability. 25% disount on advertised fees on production of guest cards supplied free with rental. Palmares course approx 5 miles. Penina Championship course approx 15 miles. Parque da Floresta approx 8 miles.

Travel
The resort is approximately 50 minutes drive on the A22 from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended.

Lisbon is approx 2 hours drive.

Further details
There is a new club house with restaurant, a new gym, spa and indoor pool is expected to open October 2007. For children there is a play area, dedicated children's pool and soccor school and tennis coaching in the peak season. Careways, the onsite management company can offer advice and support during your stay.

Lagos, just 5 minutes drive, is a cosmopolitan town with restaurants, banks, shops, fishmarket, market days, marina and beaches.
