Local resorts (Açoteias is within easy walking distance) offer a great variety of restaurantes, cafés and bars. The long sandy Falesia Beach, just 1000m from the property, has a back-drop of stunning cliffs, pine-forests and palm trees, and has a restaurant/bar with stunning views over the sea and along the coastline.

Changeover day
We can usually take reservations for arrival and departure on any day of the week, and for any number of days. As a rule, check-in from 3pm, check-out until 11 am - but please request further information if these times are not convenient.

Notes on accommodation
These villas are available all year round, and provide comfortable accommodation for any time of the year. Fully air-conditioned for the summer months. Underfloor and central heating, plus open fire for the cooler season. Suitable for any type of holiday, for couples, groups and families; if you have young children we are happy to provide extra beds, cots and high-chairs.
Outside
Terrace area with table and chairs which is near the kitchen and a barbeque area. While staying at the villa enjoy the front terrace and your private swimming pool. You will also find a complete set of garden furniture including table, chairs, sunchairs and shades.

Coast/Beach
Açoteias, Albufeira is very well known for its beautiful sandy beaches with amazing cliffs, excellent for diving, fishing and aquatic sports. The weather is suitable for sun bathing almost all year round and for swimming at the beach in the spring and summer.
The closest beach is Falesia (1 km), with high cliffs surrounded by pine and palm trees, bar, disco and restaurant in the beach with very impressive views.
Golf
Right in the centre of the Algarve you are never far from a golf course. With many courses, including a championship course, Vilamoura is only a 10 to 15 minute drive. The 9 hole course and academy at Pinecliffes Sheraton is just a few hundred metres from your villa. Within forty minutes you can drive to something like 20 courses.
Travel
Faro airport is less than 30 minutes away, and if required we can arrange private transport from the airport directly to your villa at a very reasonable cost.
Car hire is not essential as most amenities are within walking distance. However if you would like to rent a car/motorbike or bicycle, we can also help with that. Very reasonably priced taxis and mini-bus rentals also available.

Fabulous local restaurants which cater for all tastes, cafés, bars, shops and supermarkets - are all within a few minutes walk in nearby Açoteias.
