This new luxury penthouse apartment is situated on a small private complex that consists of only 28 units, with video entrance and secure access for residents only so privacy is assured. This spacious apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, entrance hall, spacious lounge and a patio. Secure underground parking is also available, in addition there is a secure storage unit in the garage ideal for storing golf equipment etc. The apartment has been built to an exceptional standard, and as it is for our own private use as well as for rental it has been furnished to the highest quality. As such it offers you both sophistication and relaxation during your well earned break. Although the complex is small it boasts a large swimming pool measuring some 25 x 12 metres in addition there is a smaller shallow children's pool attached. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes (the main bedroom contains a built in safe), air-con to both rooms. Main bedroom has patio doors that lead to balcony area with views of Vilamoura and sea.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom is fully tiled and contains jacuzzi bath, bidet, wc, shower, and sink with solid marble surface.
Bathroom 2 again fully tiled with bath, wc, bidet, and shower. Both bathrooms are modern design.
Kitchen: Spacious kitchen equipped with modern Bosch dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Italian design with solid granite worktops, electric oven/grill with gas hob, microwave, toaster, orange squeezer. Stocked with all crockery and cuttlery required.
Utility Room: Containing iron and ironing board.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge/dining room containing 2 and 3 seater leather sofa's (the latter can be used as a sofa bed). Dining room with 6 chairs, flat screen TV, DVD/CD player (ample supply of films). Air-con and surround sound system. Views of Vilamoura and sea.
Other: Spacious entrance hall with video phone entrance, underground secure parking. All rooms have electronic shutters for your privacy and security.

Accessibility
Suitable for wheelchair access. Although on the top floor (we are on the second) there are ramps and a lift available.

Outside
Patio to main bedroom with a large table and chairs to enjoy both the views or start/end your day with a drink or something to eat. Small area to second bedroom allows again the opportunity to sit and admire the views and have a relaxing drink.

Coast/Beach
The Algarve is famous for its award winning beaches. The beach at Vilamoura (Falesia) is a blue flag beach which is Europes highest rating. The marina is cosmopolitan and famous for its many relaxing bars and restaurants suitable for all budgets. Its time to relax and enjoy the warm Algarve atmosphere. The beaches and marina are less than a 5 minute drive from the apartment. There are numerous other bars and restaurants nearer the apartment, details available on request.

Golf
Within minutes of 6 top class golf courses. The Algarve is a golfers paradise and Vilamoura is the jewel in the golfing crown. Discount golf is available on request.

Special interest holidays
Vilamoura and the Algarve offer so much more than just sun and golf. All manner of watersports such as sailing, jet skiing, diving etc are available. In addition there is horse riding, bird watching, cycling. Boat hire is also available as well as all manner of boating trips.

Travel
Faro airport is only a 20 minute drive away. A meet and greet service is provided if required and the taxi fare is usually 25 euros. There is a bus service available within minutes of the apartment. That said in order to enjoy the surrounding area a car is recommended.

Distances
Vilamoura is within easy reach being c 2.5 km away. Also within easy driving distances are Albufeira (12km). Loule with its market (7km) the Spanish border is c45 km away. Water slides, the market and fishing town of Quarteira, Roman Villa site, environmental park, are all within a couple of km's.

Further details
The large shopping centre at Guia is about 15 minutes drive away. This contains all your shopping needs, cinemas, and an abundance of restaurants. There is also a casino at Vilamoura for your gaming needs and also music and dance shows for your entertainment. There is so much available within the surrounding area that it caters for every taste.

Booking notes
Verbal bookings are held for 10 days and on receipt of a 20% non refundable deposit your holiday will be confirmed. The balance is due 8 weeks before your proposed arrival. There is also a £150 breakage or damage deposit required. This will be refunded within a couple of days of vacating the property. This is a non smoking property but as an ex smoker myself I understand the need, as such I would ask you to smoke only on the balcony if you need to smoke and to respect this request.
