Air-conditioning. Direct marina access through locked gate from raised ground floor terrace. No need for a car, but there is secure underground parking for 1 car.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
Olympic size swimming pool surrounded by gardens which have sunbeds and umbrellas for residents use only. Dining table and chairs on upper terrace. Sunbeds on lower terrace.
If you want to holiday with friends or family but require separate accommodation, look at property ref no P2692, (3 bedroom) or P4607 (1 bedroom) which are in the same block. within very easy walking distance of each other.
Coast/Beach
A few minutes walk to award winning, safe and beautiful sandy beaches with high class beach restaurants.

Within 5 minute drive of several world class courses.
Travel
About 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Car hire is not essential in Vilamoura as everything is within walking distance.
Distances
Very interesting local market in Quarteira (weekly). Easy drives to Faro, Loule, Albufeira, Portimao, Silves, Monchique and Lagos. Short drive to Almancil, Val do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Further details
Good local supermarkets, (although Apolonia in Almancil is well worth a visit) banks, shops in and around marina. Cinema with up to date films and English soundtrack. Boat trips, fishing trips, and water sports freely available.
