A newly built two-bedroom luxury apartment set in a private development located in a quite area of Lagos, close to all the beaches. The apartment has been built to an exceedingly high standard, with marble floors; additionally marble lined walls in the kitchen and two bathrooms, uniquely the door-frames are also of marble. The kitchen units have been built from solid wood with granite surfaces, with all the requirements one needs for modern living. A spacious veranda is attached to two sides of the apartment, one of which includes a built in BBQ for those who enjoy outdoor eating, breakfast, lunch or after a day at the beach a plate of fresh grilled fish. The veranda leads directly from the kitchen and living room, a matter of a few steps. From the veranda are sea views and open countryside with an outdoor table and chairs for guests to sit and enjoy while eating or having a quite drink.

Changeover day
We are flexible about arrival and departure days as we know flights can be a lot less expensive mid-week, just tell us when making your enquiry about booking.
| Bedrooms: | The master bedroom is very spacious with an en-suite bathroom, plus built in cupboards. Double sliding doors give access to its own small private veranda. Bedroom two is again spacious with built in cupboards and access to the second bathroom along side. |
| Bathrooms: | Both bathrooms are of an exceedingly high standard with baths, showers, toilets, bidets and heated towel rails. Enjoy a real taste of luxury after a day on the beach, or after enjoying a new found sport or hobby. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is of a standard everyone who cooks should enjoy, pristine clean and fully fitted with all everyone could wish for, that is if you wish to cook while you are on holiday. Washing machine, cooker, microwave, iron are among the items included. |
| Utility Room: | Household cleaning items and laundry are kept here. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge, dining room is spacious with sliding doors on two sides leading onto the veranda and BBQ area. A three piece suite, TV, dining table and chairs and a smaller table. |
| Other: | The apartment is fully centrall heated for those who enjoy a winter break; it is good to know, as evening can become a little cool, even cold mid-winter. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The apartment is cleaned once a week and during this the linen is changed, with a towel change twice a week. |
Notes on accommodation
The accommodation has access for disabled people with a lift from the basement to first floor. Access from the lift is just across the landing to the apartment. The doors in the apartment are wide which should give no problem to someone in wheelchair.

Outside
The apartment has a veranda on two sides with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs a very pleasant place to eat and enjoy the world go by, plus the apartment is situated in a quite area so you should not be disturbed.
Coast/Beach
The local beach is a distance of 8/10ths of a mile from the apartment, which has three restaurants and one mile plus of sand, all one could wish for if you like a beach holiday. Beautiful clear ocean, a strip of sand and restaurants to eat the fruits of the sea with a glass of chilled wine. There are other beaches close by about five in all, all are walkable but I would advice some you drive to, by car.
Golf
The apartment is close to five golf courses, the closest is about three to five minutes drive away. The second is about ten minutes drive with the last three approximately twenty minutes away.
Skiing
Skiing is possible a five hour drive, if you wished to drive to the Sierra Nevada, Spain, Winter, early Spring.
Special interest holidays
Lagos and the surrounding area have a host of sports, hobbies you can participate in. From fishing, water skiing, windsurfing, diving, painting, sailing, walking, painting, if you tell us when booking, we can get the details for you or tell you where to look for them on line.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro, now accessible by motorway a drive of about fifty minutes. We can give you information on car hire you require at the time of booking.
Distances
The town center is 1-1/2 miles away with lots of activities, restaurants, bars and cafes. Here one can promenade in the evening, before enjoying a chilled glass of wine or a beer, or even an ice cream while watching life pass by. Within 1/2 a mile of the apartment are tennis courts and a private swimming pool, which can be used by guests, just turn up and pay a small fee. A small supermarket is also less than 1/2 a mile away, with larger supermarkets a little further.
Further details
Lagos the town is set in one of the largest sandy bays on the Algarve, which means no overcrowding on the beach even in the height of summer, you will always find a quite space to yourself. The town is attractive, bustling not crowded with well-preserved fortifications. Lots of monuments and buildings to see and visit. There are an abundance of restaurants in the main streets, but explore the side streets and find your own hidded gem for yourselves, rarely will you be disappointed. The Portuguese are a very friendly nation, plus most speak English, as it is their second language taught in school.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is payable when booking, and the balance is payable immediately on arrival at the apartment. A deposit of £100.00 Sterling or €150.00 Euros is also payable on your arrival at the apartment. This is a returnable deposit against breakages or damage in the apartment or property in the apartment buildings.
