Luxurious 4 bedroom villa in Oásis Parque suitable for all ages. On the first floor there are two double rooms (one en-suite), and one twin room with a large shared family bathroom. There is also a veranda at the front and back upstairs, fully equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs. The ground floor has an en-suite twin bedroom, dining and lounge area to seat 6 people and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The property has a front garden and off road parking along with patio doors from the lounge at the back of the property which leads to a private terrace and barbeque area to relax in peace. Around the corner from the Villa you can enjoy a new state of the art Leisure Club that includes a 22m indoor pool, large outdoor pool and toddler’s pool, tennis courts, playground and a pool bar. Nearby there are endless breathtaking sandy beaches washed by the glistening Atlantic Ocean. It is also a prime golfing destination, with many golf courses within 10 mins drive away.

Notes on accommodation
In the last few years Oasis Parque has matured into a highly desirable development which boasts 2/3 bedroom apartments and 3/4 bedroom villas in a highly desirable setting. Just 5 minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Portimao and the new Marina, it is also handy for the fishing village of Alvor.
The nearest beaches can be found at the old town of Praia da Rocha and at the picturesque Praia di Vau, which boasts an abundance of waterfront activities and cáfe bars.
Oasis Parque has been enhanced recently by the Leisure Club's new indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, new restaurant and coffee bar and the tennis courts, and the second phase has added a larger outdoor and kiddies pool. Each year standards continue to improve Oásis Parque, enriching the lives of the people who stay there.
Outside
Just around the corner from the villa the complex amenities include 3 pools; indoor heated pool, outdoor adult pool, outdoor children's and toddlers pool. It also includes sun loungers by pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts, children's play area, and poolside snack bar. Site office also within walking distance provides very good tourist information. The terrace outside on the ground floor of the villa is provided with a table and chairs and sunloungers if you prefer privacy.
Coast/Beach
Oasis Parque is approximately 5km from the safe sandy beaches at Alvor, Vau and Praia da Rocha. The Western Algarve hosts spectacular scenery with a magnificent coastline featuring honey coloured cliffs, grottos, caves and endless breathtaking sandy beaches washed by the glistening Atlantic ocean.
Golf
As one of Europe's prime golfing destinations with a growing number of courses the choice is excellent. Four courses are within the immediate vicinity, Palmares (nearest to Villa), Penina, Alto (located between Praia do Vau and Alvor) and Pinta. The newest course is at, Boavista Resort, a mere 20 minutes drive away, it is a sister development and residents here can avail of discounted green fees.
Travel
Villa is only a short 45 minute drive from Faro Airport. Car hire is recommended.

Further details
There's plenty else to do in the region, if you're worried that you might fry yourself to a crisp on those fabulous Algarve beaches and of course if you are not a sun worshiper... you could choose from golf, exploring, sailing, tennis, fishing, watersports, horse riding, 4-wheel-drive 'safaris', and cruises. There are also Waterparks and funparks nearby if they are of interest to the kids or the bigger kids!
What to do after dusk has descended? Why head off to enjoy some Algarve nightlife, of course. You could either go onto the picturesque seaside town of Alvor just 7km from the resort with a relaxing family nightlife with many bars and top-class restaurants.
Or you could go to the nearby town of Praia da Rocha just 5km from the resort which hosts a great selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs and offers a livlier youthful nightlife.
