A major feature of the property is its close proximity to award-winning Falesia Beach which is a 5 minute walk away and the local restaurants and shops which are a 1 minute stroll.

Changeover day
With the low cost flights available we do not have a set changeover day and rather than weekly holidays it is just as easy to choose a specific number of days (4 days minimum stay).

Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air conditioning installed in the lounge and both bedrooms which has a reverse cycle for heat (although rarely required) and offers an ideal environment all year round.

Outside
The 2 communal pools and paddling pool are set in most attractive gardens with a series of pine trees forming the backdrop with plenty of room for either sun or shade. An outside shower is positioned at one end of the pools.
Please note the apartment, which is non smoking is on the first floor and is accessed via a flight of steps.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve has fantastic beaches. Whilst many are within a short drive, Falesia Beach is only a 5 minute walk and stretches towards Vilamoura to the east and Albufeira to the west.
Golf
Vilamoura with its 5 golf courses is only a 10 minute drive with numerous other courses along the coast.
Travel
The apartment is just a 25-30 minute drive from Faro Airport.
Car hire whilst not essential but recommended does allow visitors to experience the full attractions of this beautiful location.
Distances
Albufeira is the closest main town which is approximately a 15 mins drive whilst Vilamoura is only a 10 minute drive with its superb marina and the numerous surrounding restaurants.
Zoomarine, Aqualand and Algarve Shopping are all within easy travelling distance.
Further details
The apartment is ideally situated with a number of local and international restaurants just a short walk and all are positioned around a pedestrian square. The local supermarket is also in the same location which provides everyday needs as well as having a cash machine.
Booking notes
We require a 30% deposit (non-refundable). Balance will be due 6 weeks before departure.
