A beautiful modern 4 bedroom villa, within easy reach of the main town Of Obidos and Caldas da Rainha. This villa is set in a peaceful location and is ideal as a base for either relaxing by the pool or in the garden, and exploring this magnificent region. The villa is conveniently situated to enable easy access to many of Portugal's beaches including Baleal and Foz do Arelho. Obidos Lagoon is also close by. There are many golf courses to suit all standards within 30 minutes, including Golden Eagle and the famous Praia d'el Rey. The villa has been equipped to a very high standard to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and a brick BBQ is in the garden. This is a gated development of 8 villas and is safe and secure for children to play.

Please contact us directly for discounts for stays over 2 weeks or mini breaks which may attract a discount. Changeover days are a Saturday but we can be flexible during non peak seasons.
Changeover day
Normal arrival to villa after 4.30pm and must leave on the last day of rental by 10.30 (however this can be flexible depending on bookings).

| Bathrooms: | Upstairs bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet. Downstairs family bathroom with full size whirlpool bath & glass shower screen, sink, WC, bidet and vanity unit with mirror. |
| Kitchen: | Hob/oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine with separate dryer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious living area with open fire place, 2 comfortable sofas, a large dining table, entertainment provided by a 32” LCD TV, DVD, PS2 and satellite. |
| Other: | Garden chairs and table provided, brick built BBQ, central heating throughout with a combi boiler providing continuous hot water. Car port and additional parking available. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The rates include cleaning before and after your visit. Additional cleaning can be arranged if required at an additional cost. All towels (excluding beach towels) and linen are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Safe children's play area, large communal pool, tiled floors throughout with laminate floor in bedroom. Hairdryer, Travel Cot & High Chair provided, electric gated video entry to complex. Non-Smoking guests only.
Outside
Garden to rear of property with small lawned area and patio. Brick built BBQ with patio table and 4 chairs.
Coast/Beach
Various beaches can be accessed within a 20 minute drive, Foz Do Arelho and Obidos lagoon which provide excellent, safe beaches with calm, shallow and warm waters ideal for families. Within 30 minutes Baleal beach is again stunning with full facilities and used by many surfers.
Golf
There are many golf courses within 30 minutes, Praia D'el Rey was voted the best in Portugal by golf world magazine. Golden Eagle a new but fantasic course again about a 20 minute drive, and many more to choose from.
Travel
Lisbon Airpot 45 minutes, Porto 140 minutes. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Caldas Da Rainha within 10 minutes, provides excellent shopping and daily fruit market, banks and supermarkets.(intermarche) Obidos, 10 minutes, heritage and medieval with excellent restaurants and shops. Peniche 30 minutes, water park and restaurants.
Booking notes
£150 deposit to secure booking, balance due 6 weeks before rental commences. A fully refundable breakages deposit of £150 is also required and this will be returned to you 2 weeks after the rental ends.
