3 minutes walk into the town of Amercao de Pera with a good selection of bars and restaurants. 10 mins in a taxi to the lively resort of Albufeira with lots of nightlife. Very close to the beautiful village of Porches. Faro is 40kms, Lagos 30kms, and Portimao 16kms.

Supermarket/banks within a few minutes walk. Various bars/restaurants/nightclubs in the town and along the beachfront, including Chinese, Indian, Italian and fish restaurants for which the area is well known.

About the owner
Our family own this property and we all love coming out to Portugal, some of us to relax and unwind, and to enjoy the local food and wine. Those younger adult members, to snooze all day and go clubbing at night in nearby Albufeira. Those younger still love playing on the beautiful sandy and spacious beaches. There is something for everyone here and the Portuguese people are lovely.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love Portugal. Choosing Armacao de Pera was a decision made because it is about halfway along the Algarve, only 40 mins from the Airport, 10 mins by car from the larger town of Albufeira for those looking for more nightlife but giving us the quieter resort to stay in and, most importantly of all, miles of beautiful beach!
Unique benefits of the property
One major advantage of our property is the huge terrace which wraps itself around three sides of the apartment so you can have sun or shade all day long! With such a large amount of outside space, it is perfect for longer stays as well as shorter holidays. There are very few properties offering this amount of outside space.
It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants but away from any noise at night. The location is excellent.
