Luxury apartment with double balcony overlooking the pool. The balcony is not overlooked from the other balconies so to provide a very private area - getting the sun from about 9am to 6pm in the summer. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large lounge with patio doors opening to the balcony, where sun loungers are provided. There is also a second bathroom with bath plus shower. A large one bed apartment with 2 bathrooms in a very nice part of Vilamoura being near to 3 golf courses with its own car parking and large private gardens were it is easy to find your own space and privacy. Sleeps 4 people and is very popular with people returning time after time.

Bedrooms: 1 bedroom twin beds, plus en-suite bathroom, plus two proper beds to the back of the large lounge. These are incorporated in a unit and are not sofa beds.

Family bathroom.with bath, shower and b/day.
Kitchen: Fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, hob, granite worktops.a very good size kitchen with a utility room. All Siemens fitted equipment,
Utility Room: Iron and ironing board and general cleaning equipment. Baby chair (car) travel cot, golf clubs .

Accessibility
Lift to all floors, the complex is modern, being only a few years old and is very acccesible. There is also a toilet plus shower block near the pool.

Outside
Swimming pool shared with other guests but it is a large pool and being only 38 apartments never gets too busy. As most apartments are owned privately and they do not rent them out.

Coast/Beach
2 km from beach, 30 minutes walk. or just a few minutes by car, or why not cycle 10 minutes.and you can lock bikes at beach or marina.

Golf
5 minutes walk to 3 courses - Millennium, Victoria, Laguna, also close to the local driving range.

Special interest holidays
There are 4 mountain bikes at the apartment (use of these is at the holiday makers own risk). There are lots of cycle routes around Vilamoura.

Travel
Faro 20 mins by taxi 24 euros with steve my taxi man.

Distances
Marina 3 km, Quatiera 5km, Albufeira 7km, Faro 18km.
