Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, subject to availability. We will also try to accommodate you if you have an early arrival or late departure.

Ground Floor Apartment

A beautiful 3 bedroomed ground floor apartment situated in a block of four on the Millennium/Laguna Golf course. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to provide for your ideal holiday. There are three twin bedrooms, all with large built in wardrobes, one bathroom and one shower room. An additional fold up bed is available at a small additional cost for 7 people sharing. The comfortable lounge/dining room has seating for 6/7 people also has large screen TV, DVD and video players, stereo system, I-Pod docking station and satellite TV with UK and Portuguese channels. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc and small breakfast table and opens directly onto the large balcony overlooking the pool, garden and beyond to the golf course. There is direct access from the terrace to the pool and garden. There is ample parking directly outside the apartments.

First Floor Apartment

A beautiful 3 bedroomed first floor apartment situated in a block of four on the Millennium/Laguna Golf course. There are three twin bedrooms, each with large wardrobe, drawers and shelves. One bathroom with overhead shower and one shower room. An additional fold up bed is available at a small additional cost for 7 people sharing. Notes on accommodation
Both apartments are fully air-conditioned and also have heating for the cooler winter evenings. There is a large wood burning fire in the lounge. Both apartments are suitable for families, golf parties or couples sharing. A travel cot and high chair are available at a small additional cost.

Accessibility
The ground floor apartment is suitable for people with limited mobility, but is not wheelchair accessible.

Outside
Both apartments benefit from front and rear terraces/balconies ensuring all day sun. The large rear terrace/balcony overlooks the pool, garden and golf course and is equipped with dining furniture, built-in BBQ and 6 sun loungers, which can also be used around the pool. The large swimming pool and garden area is shared by Mar and Golf residents only (12 apartments).

Coast/Beach
Vilamoura's beautiful sandy Falesia Beach (7km long) is only 5 minutes drive away. There is a large car park next to the beach. A variety of watersports are available from the beach. Restaurants, showers and WCs are located on the beach.

Golf
Situated on the Millennium Golf Course and just minutes walk to the first tee and club house of the Millennium and Laguna Courses and within five minutes drive to Vilamoura's other golf courses. Please contact us for information on booking your golf tee times or see the link from our own website.

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro, about 30 minutes drive away. Flights to Faro are available from most UK airports with both scheduled and low cost airlines. Great deals are available for early booking. Although car hire is recommended, it is not essential. Taxis are readily available and we can arrange airport pick up and return. Distances
Vilamoura's lively marina, with its variety of restaurants, bars and shops is only five minutes drive away.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due for payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. When enquiring, please state whether you interested in our ground, first or both apartments.
