The apartment is air-conditioned for comfort, the balcony looks over the attractive grounds and 2 swimming pools, access is gated for privacy and there is remote controlled access to the parking spaces for security. The nearest golf Club House is less than 2 minutes walk away and the beaches and Marina easily reached either on foot or local transport. Notes on accommodation
Suitable for couples, small families, golfers and small groups sharing. There is air-conditioning/heating for comfort and a good selection of DVDs to watch on the LCD TV. There is very good 3G reception at the apartment for mobile broadband and WiFi hotspots locally, with free access at nearby cafes & Macdonalds.

Accessibility
The apartment is located on the second floor but no lift access. We don't think the apartment is suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

Outside
Within the closed grounds there is secure gated parking, a tennis court, and 2 swimming pools within a woodland setting.

Coast/Beach
The beach is close by as is the resort's classy Marina with its chic shops, good restaurants and variety of life. The Road-train also provides local transport and the pick-up is close by.

Golf
Pinhal golf course is a very short walk away and the apartment is centrally located for easy access to all the courses. The apartments car park has gated secure access to ensure privacy and security.

Travel
Faro airport is 25 minutes drive from the apartment and serviced by many regular flights from low cost UK-based airlines. We will arrange return transfers for you from the airport. There are taxis that service the resort for a few euros per trip and, if not walking, you can also get around the resort on the road-train cheaply. If you wish to go further afield, taxis and buses are easily obtained for visits to Albufeira and other places. Contact details are provided at the apartment.

Distances
Tourist road-train pick up point is 100 metres from the apartment. Nearest restaurant is 100 metres. Nearest Golf course club house is about 600 metres. Marina is about a 20 minute walk. Nearest food-shop is 5 minute walk from apartment. Car hire is recommended but not essential. If hiring don't forget your driving license. The area is well-mapped for satnavs and TomTom recognizes the street so you never need to feel lost, even if gone astray exploring.

Situated in a central area, there is easy access to many shops, features of interest and things to do.
The apartment is professionally managed for us by a nearby Vilamoura management company. Someone will meet and greet you, there's 24 hour availability to report any problems and the towel change and cleaning service to the apartment is provided at no extra charge. Welcome packs are available if requested.

20% deposit required for reservation, remainder 8 weeks before day of arrival, £125.00 refundable damages deposit returned if no damage or breakages.

I live in the UK, where I own a property management company. My aim is to offer a reasonably priced holiday apartment and give you peace of mind that you won't be disappointed with the property. Locally, we employ a management company that are on call to guests to deal with any apartment related problems quickly, should they occur.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We bought this property because the apartment has a really nice holiday feel to it and we wanted our children to enjoy the woodland grounds, pools and facilities with security. All properties in the complex are privately owned therefore, even at peak season, it is always quiet with plenty of space by the pool.

Unique benefits of the property
Benefits we enjoy are quietness, security, proximity of golf courses, shops, restaurants and transport. The beach is a comfortable walk away and there is ample transport if needed.
