Additionally within the resort, there are bars/restaurants at the Vilasol Hotel, a health and spa complex, 27-hole championship golf course, access to a private beach, parking and numerous local restaurants.

Changeover day
Normal changeover is Saturday with check in at 3pm and check out at 11am but can be flexible, please ask at time of booking.

Accessibility
Access to the property is down a short flight of stairs.
Outside
Apartment is on the ground floor which opens out onto a tiled patio. This in turn leads to a very large open lawned area scattered with numerous large trees. 1 of 3 swimming pools is a moment's walk away. The patio area has 2 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 6 adults.
There are ample car parking spaces to the front of the apartment.
Coast/Beach
The Vilamoura Marina and award winning Falesia Beach are only a 5 minute drive away. The beautiful Vila Sol private beach at Ancao is a 15 minutes drive away.
Golf
The Vilasol Golf Course is a 3 minute drive/10 minute walk from the apartment.
There are also numerous other golf courses within a 5-10 drive from the apartment.
Travel
Vila Sol is only 20/25 minutes from Faro Airport. A taxi can be hired outside the airport and should cost around 30 euros. A multitude of car hire companies are available in the airport. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Vila Sol Resort is a 3 minutes drive from the main Aqua park and 25 minutes drive from the Zoomarine.
Almancil is a 5 minutes drive away with a number of speciality restaurants.
The old town of Loule is approx 10 minutes away.
The more modern Vilamoura Marina with its designer shops is 5 minutes (cost of a taxi is about 5 euros)
The Guia shopping complex with a large mix of shops to suit all tastes is 20 minutes away.
Further details
Vilasol has a shopping centre within the complex which has restaurants, bars, a bank, a supermarket and various other retail shops. There are also a number of local restaurants outside of the complex and within walking distance of the apartment (Portuguese, Chinese and Indian). More shops, bars, restauants and banks are located in Quarteira and Vilamoura, both a 5 minute drive from the apartment.
Booking notes
50% non-refundable deposit required on booking. Balance required 4 weeks before arrival. An additional deposit of £100 required for breakages and other damages is payable with final payment. This will be refunded 10 days after departure.
