Overall, the property offers an extremely comfortable home from home whilst relaxing in the overwhelming surrounds of Portugal's Jewel in the Crown known as the ‘Silver Coast’, rich in history with it's many historic towns and cities. There are many wonderful places to visit nearby such as, Foz do Arelho, Nazare, Peniche, Obidos, Alcobaca and Caldas da Rainha and multiple golf resorts nearby including Praia De'l Rey and soon Bom Sucesso. The property is cool even on the hottest of days and provides the potential for welcome relief after a long day at the beach. For rental in the cooler months the property has full central heating and a log burning fire in the lounge.

Whilst the property is not specifically designed for disabled accommodation, it is set all on one level.

Outside
The villa is surrounded by a paved terrace and to the front of the villa this provides ample space for the sun loungers, BBQ and outside dining table (seating 8). The front and back gardens are laid to grass with many mature architectural plants and trees interspersed, these areas also provide space for sunbathing as well a safe area for children to play. In addition to these garden areas there is ample paved area for children to run/play and for several cars to be parked (all within the gated secure area). This villa and grounds truly offer seclusion and privacy.

Coast/Beach
Salir do Porto is at the foot of the village with an incredible sandbank and boardwalk. Sao Martinho do Porto with its safe and sheltered sweeping beach is a continuation of Salir do Porto's beach/boardwalk. Obidos Lagoon with some wonderful views is less than 10 mins by car. Nazare offers a lively town and is also less than 15 mins by car. Peniche or Baleal is famous for windsurfing and can be reached within 30 minutes. The coast line outshines the Algarve for number and variety.

Golf
There are 3 world class courses all located with 30 mins of the villa. Course 1 Praia d'el Rey. Rated 13th in Continental Europe by Golf World magazine, Praia d'el Rey is magnificent. This championship course in one of contrasts - the front nine running through parkland before opening up along the cliff top to give some truly breathtaking sea views. Designer: Cabell Robinson, Fairways: Rye grass, Greens: Penncross bent, Par: 72, Length: 7113 yards. Course 2 Golden Eagle (now Quinta do Brincal). This course has really benefited from recent investment, with water hazards and enormous bunkers, located near Santarem in a unique natural woodland setting. Designer: Rocky Roquemore, Fairways: Penneagle, Greens: Penncross, Par: 72, Length: 7216 yards. Course 3 Campo Real (near Torres Vedros).
